Beds were comfy ,hotel was clean the breakfast was nice too and the offered takeaway continental breakfast,staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel car park was closed
The parking situation should of been explained a lot sooner and supplemented by the hotel at least
Every thing about the HIEx was fantastic with one exception ( see below )
The area of Harlow that the HIEx is located in is straight out of a dystopian horror movie. Next to the police station and a club in the centre of the town. A receptacle was placed nearby to provide somewhere for you to leave your knives and the smell of cannabis hung in the air. Certainly not a safe zone especially as I had to use the terminus car park which was not a great experience.
