Only one elevator was operational, for many residents. The second elevator should have been fixed which would have made it easier for all. Quite a few used the stairs out of frustration.
When we booked on booking com, there was no communication about ongoing civil work at the hotel and the unavailability of the hotel parking. We received this confirmation only after receiving confirmation of our hotel booking.
Staff were great.
Dirty, windows filthy had a power cut on Sunday morning there was a dirty bandage full of blood on the floor of the reception, breakfast cold.

The car park was out of use and we werent informed, we had to park in a multi car park away and we had quite a bit of luggage, also the room was so hot, even with AC doen to the lowest it was a sweqt box and the AC was V loud
