I booked a two-night stay at this property, but the experience was so poorly managed and stressful that we were forced to check out early.

Harassment Over Payment
Despite paying for my reservation in full days before arriving, the reception staff repeatedly harassed us well into the night demanding payment. They refused to verify their own system or look at my proof of payment which had been made days in advance and for which I had multiple confirmations sent to me by my bank and booking.com. Having staff constantly stop yoy and interrupt your evening for a mistake on their end is completely unacceptable.

Room Issues & Lack of Basic Amenities
Our room did not have hot water. After bringing this to their attention, their "solution" was to make us walk to a different, unoccupied room just to take a shower and then it was implied they did us favor by allowing us to do so. To make matters worse, we found previously used bath products left in our room upon arrival. I'm talking half used shampoo and conditioner bottles. Gross, but luckily we had our own to use.

Uncomfortable Breakfast Experience
The poor service continued the next morning. The kitchen staff was noticeably hostile and seemed bothered by basic questions, like where to sit or if there was more milk available. It made for a very tense and uncomfortable environment during an included amenity. We didn't dare ask for anything after that, we quickly ate and left.

Management Response
The next morning, the manager finally intervened, checked the system, and confirmed that our stay had indeed been prepaid the entire time. She apologized for her staff's behavior and acknowledged that it made sense for us to leave early, but the damage was already done.

I cannot recommend this hotel. If you want a relaxing stay with competent, professional customer service, look elsewhere. The location is amazing!

Como sugerencia de mejora, el servicio en el restaurante podría ser más ágil y contar con mayor disponibilidad de productos en horas pico. Por ejemplo, alrededor de las 7:30 a.m. ya no había pan dulce, y la reposición de café tardaba más de lo esperado. Asimismo, sería ideal contar con un espacio más adecuado para el resguardo del equipaje.

Weak hot water pressure in shower. Thin walls so staff noise from kitchen below. Poorly presented breakfast w limited choice but super freshly made scrambled eggs.

Pas d’eau dans la douche le matin du départ. Un peu bruyant.

Le bruit! On entendait les gens parler à la réception ou les voitures etc… très écho dans cette vielle demeure, tout s’entend!

Petit déjeuner pas varié , mauvaise isolation on entend la rue

Un petit déjeuner très limité en quantité et qualité.
Pas de buffet !!!!
Juste du café noir, du lait et du pain blanc de qualité médiocre.
Nous devions desservir notre table.
Nous étions au niveau 3, desservi par deux escaliers raides (fatigant à 75 ans!!!).
Hôtel géré par 6 employés (2 réceptionnistes, 1 bagagiste, 1 femme de chambre et 2 cuisiniers).
Ceci explique certaines carences !!!!!

La nostra camera, credo come tutte quelle del piano terreno, era senza finestra, per cui anche se molto grande era buia e poco accogliente. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la stanza e lo hanno fatto dopo due notti, perché non avevano disponibilità. Nel bagno mancano mensole e ganci
