This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of three historic plazas with plenty of cultural events, numerous restaurants, and plenty of local shops (many with A/C). The breakfasts were well prepared for numerous dietary restrictions and taste preferences with a kids menu. The pool in the center courtyard had adequate shade most of the day, which was nice in May when the days were extremely hot. The room had A/C and was spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were happy to practice their English with us while we practiced our Spanish with them. The courtyard was picturesque. Parking in a gated area across the street was available.
We thought there was going to be a restaurant on site, but apparently they just meant there was a kitchen where they prepared breakfast (which was delicious and included in the price) with an adjacent room for dining.

Hicimos el planteamiento de pasarnos a una habitación mucho más cómoda pagando la diferencia y aunque estuvo desocupada en nuestra estancia no hubo anuencia, es una lástima porque sin duda hubiéramos estado mucho mejor

Hôtel de charme parfaitement situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Merida et de ses bons restaurants. Le personnel est ultra sympathique et la piscine un vrais plus.

Die Architekur ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war riesig, aber in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr schön 🥲. Teils Personal sehr nett und freundlich und andere sehr unfreundlich! Es gab in der Rochbar jeden Abend Live-Konzerte bis 2 Uhr am Morgen! Es war sehr sehr laut!!!!
Sehr laut und für mexikanische Verhältnisse sehr unfreundliches Personal! Die Köchin war aber super nett! Die Lage ist super, da alles gleich un die Ecke ist, leider auch die Live-Rock-Bar 😩

Personnel du PDJ pas du tout accueillant et on nous propose le strict minimum..tout semble être rationné…on doit aller nous mêmes commander près de la cuisine
À la réception : une seule jeune femme est agréable et souriante mais qui parle très peu anglais

El desayuno no es bueno. El plato de fruta consiste de 3 obleas de papaya. El omelette bueno, el café aceptable. El pan dulce es 1 pieza por persona. Todo podría ser de mejor calidad.
No hay elevador ni rampas de acceso para movilidad limitada.

Fijn zwembadje voor de kinderen. Prima maar heel basic kamers. Goede douche. En fijn midden in de stad gelegen met het centrum op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, fijn dat je recht voor de deur afgesloten kan parkeren.
Het ontbijt is oké maar heel mager. Je kan een eigerecht kiezen (maar als je geen Spaans spreekt is het lastig te ontcijferen waar je uit kan kiezen). Verder is er nagenoeg niks. Limonade en koffie. En als je geluk hebt een bordje watermeloen. Bij ons liepen er mieren over wat gesneden brood dat klaar stond. Ik had een koelkastje op de kamer fijn gevonden, omdat er verder geen barretje is. Dan kun je zelf ‘s avonds nog een drankje doen of je water koud leggen.
