La ubicación es muy céntrica y el lugar es agradable, las habitaciones e instalaciones son acordes a lo que se reservó.

Les gens dans la piscune jusque 11h à deux reprises, manque de rangement et un sèche cheveux serait bienvenu. La piscine indisponible le dernier jour... l'amabilité de la personne du petit dej le 2eme jour... dommage car l'hotel est bien placé et très joli.
Beliggenheden var god og vi var glade for at kunne parkere tæt på.
Værelset var uden glasrude og kun med myggenet og skodder. Føltes meget indespærret.
Ingen mulighed for at købe hverken mad eller drikke ud over den inkluderede morgenmad.
Ótima localização! Piscina gostosa e cams confortáveis. Ao lado do hotel ha uma agência de turismo com oferta de passeios ao redor de Mérida e com os mesmos valores que havia reservado via getyourgide.
Arrumação dos quartos nao era feita diariamente. Tive que solicitar papel higiênico e kits banho ( shanpoo, sabonete). Limpeza do quarto percebi precária, em especial no último dia qdo olhei debaixo da cama pra ver se tinha esquecido algo caído, um chinelo, mas o que encontrei foi um saco de salgadinho e caixa de suco após 5 dias de hospedagem e não havíamos consumido nada disso. Ou seja não sei desde quando esse lixo estava lá. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi o barulho dos encanamentos de água, pois cada vez que o quarto vizinho das descarca ou ligava o chuveiro eu despertava com o barulho. Café da manhã com 1 opção de fruta por dia oferecida em pequena quantidade e 2 opções para escolher de prato quente, café e suco a vontade. Esperava mais do Café da manhã, mas retomando percebi que no ato da reserva não ha fotos do café no booking.

Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was nice. The male staff helper was super nice.
Check in was ridiculous. I knew I'd have to wait. I was definitely early. But there was no where cool to sit to wait. It was about 95. They tried to sell me another room they had available. My room was actually ready early....but they would not let me check in early. It was really just ridiculous. The girl at the checkin couldn't speak one drop of English. I tried my best with Spanish but she had nothing in the English language to help.

We misten een koelkastje om ons wijntje te koelen en zo s avonds een glaasje te kunnen drinken in de prachtige patio.
It’s a beautiful old house in a great location, nearby downtown. Getting our breakfast was a bit slow but certainly worth the wait. It was super delicious.
For the price paid, the property needs some maintenance, especially in the common areas. The staff was very lovely and helpful but they should get a bit more training, particularly in telling the story behind the property or regarding the beautiful paintings/photos hanged in the halls and walls —they knew little about it when asked. Occasionally, we found some (not all) staff a bit inattentive, distracted with their mobile phones, which is a pity for they could engage more with the guests (this review is coming from someone who speaks Spanish fluently).
La alberca limpia y de buen tamaño, aunque esta en el centro del hotel y no puedes haber ruido y con niños es difícil
