I liked the location
The hotel services were pathetic firstly there was a delay in check-in and when i checked in my room the room service was going on. The staff was not even apologetic and my stuff was kept at one side of d the room and were told to wait outside. On top of it, the hotel room services were very alow and delay on bringing the food
Rooms were large in size however the bathroom was small and ir wasn't that a great experience

Breakfast was average, the Wi-Fi is very slow and frustrating
The photos looked nice
The entry lane to get to the reception was uninviting. The room was damp, bathroom not clean. Swimming pool dirty and no water (was being filled but not clean), food was average, staff was unexperienced or nervous. Location along very busy main road with lots of traffic and uncomfortable to walk. Price much too high for the value in general.
Highly prized doesn’t include breakfast! Rooms are not clean

Only the location was good
The food, the property, the facilities everything else except the location , was very very bad. It's basically for weddings. So if you are not holding or a part of a wedding just avoid going there. I paid 15000 for 1 night stay and seriously feel charged exorbitantly. The place was dirty. Not many food options zero facilities .Worst property visited by me ever. A huge huge mistake.. They should not except individual bookings and declare it as a wedding venue

Breakfast was not good...
It was very average.
All though we took half board option, we were provided with limited options to order from menu. We were 4 people and booked suite, in which we were provided with 2 bottles of drinking water and was charged for extra water bottles (not disclosed while ordering). Suite was not fitted with fride and hot water in washroom is a major problem. 45k for 2 days is a very big “NO” for such a property.
Ambience was good.
Bed sheet was not clean bathroom was not clean flush was not working properly.price was high without proper facility.
Pradeep at reception was fantastic. The hotel is a tranquil oasis. Excellent.
