The prices of the drink far too expensive, reduce the prices and more people would spend more time in the bar area also need to review the no food or drink brought in from outside put people off booking this hotel.

Schönes Hotel mit viel zu kleinen Zimmern ohne Schrank!!

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, der Pool und der Bereich am Meer haben uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine Frechheit, viel zu klein! Es gibt keinen Schrank im Zimmer in dem man seine Sachen einräumen kann. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben, was bei dem winzigen Zimmer wirklich genervt hat, weil man ständig darüber gefallen ist.

Man darf sich nicht mal ein Wasser aus dem Supermarkt mit in sein Zimmer nehmen! Stattdessen soll man sich jeden Tag für 5€ im Hotel eine Flasche kaufen. Größte Frechheit die ich je erlebt habe! Das hat nichts mit Hygienestandards zu tun sondern ist reine Geldmacherei!

This hotel is a true gem – elegant, stylish, and perfect for peace, relaxation, and swimming. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy a romantic getaway. The sea and the swimming platform exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere is calm and serene, and from the moment we arrived, we felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely pampered. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and welcoming.

The breakfast is absolutely worth it and highly recommended. It is exceptionally varied and complete, offering a wide selection of fresh, delicious, and traditional local products. It was one of the highlights of our stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

Cons:

The food and drinks served on the beach platform were delicious. The only little addition we would have loved is the possibility of enjoying a traditional ayran there as well – it would have been the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional experience.

Чистота в номере и на территории, пляж, все понравилось.

Cons:

При уборке забрали чашки для чая, а новые никто не принес, дважды просила принести чашки для чая, один раз лично на рецепции, второй раз по телефону. Но ничего так и не принесли, и невозможно было налить воду или чай/кофе в течении двух дней.
На завтрак хотелось бы, чтобы была рыба или курица.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed there for a week as a group of six, and everything went smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and handled all our requests quickly and professionally.

Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast area was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in a king suite with a sea view. The room was rather small, but that was not an issue for us, as we could always go downstairs and relax by the pool or on the beach.

Special thanks to Alla, Savas, Emre, and the rest of the team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. They really helped us enjoy every minute of it.

Cons:

There were no significant downsides for us. If I had to mention something, it would be the following:

The sinks in both of our rooms had cracks, which is perhaps not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel also has a somewhat unusual policy of not allowing outside food or drinks. While I can understand the reasoning behind it, it may be inconvenient for some guests.

Great hotel, great location, great gym. Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Savy at Vale did an excellent job everyday with our car

Cons:

Not much cupboard space for 2 people in a room
