Great beach and adults-only concept, but too many restrictions
Pros:

The adults-only (18+) concept and the private beach/platform were the main reasons I chose this hotel, and I really enjoyed both. The location is also convenient, and the massage at the spa was excellent.

Cons:

The overall atmosphere sometimes felt more controlled than welcoming. Staff were inconsistent: most were friendly, but some, particularly at reception, were surprisingly cold and sometimes would not even respond to a greeting.

The biggest issue was the hotel’s policy prohibiting outside food and drinks in the rooms, which I only discovered after arrival. This even applies to bottled water and snacks and is very inconvenient, especially if you have an early excursion and want to buy breakfast the evening before.
You can buy some snacks and drinks at the reception desk, but since bringing your own food and drinks into the hotel is not allowed, you are essentially left with no other choice.

I was also uncomfortable with how this policy was enforced. On our last days, a security guard hurried after us and stopped us to check what we were carrying in our shopping bags, which contained souvenirs and packaged medication from a pharmacy. Having to explain the contents of my shopping bags when entering a five-star hotel felt intrusive.

There was also an unnecessary issue when I arranged for a professional makeup artist to come to my room. Reception initially refused to let her upstairs and was quite unfriendly about it. The next day, the manager resolved everything immediately by simply asking her to leave her ID at reception.

For a five-star Delta Hotels by Marriott property, I expected more consistent hospitality and fewer restrictive policies.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Its an excellent hotel. The facilities are extraordinary: gym, pool, indoor and outdoor, and an access to a private sea access is unbelievable 100/100!

Well maintained hotel with its own (platform) beach and in a good location.
Pros:

The location is very good, not too far from old town or from airport. Has its own beach (platform) which makes the experience great, though they have a pool if you are not willing to swim in the sea.
Breakfast is great (overpriced in my opinion) but great variety.
In general it's a safe pick for solo/couples.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great location.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful lobby and very helpful staff when it came to booking, complaints, and needing taxis. As someone with allergies, I can instantly tell and feel if a room is dirty, and I feel comfortable the ENTIRE time.

Cons:

I wouldn't classify their beach as an actual beach.

Pros:

Локация - красивый вид, море, скалы! Очень эстетично🤩

Cons:

Тонкие стены, буквально как картон. Крошечные номера. Слышно как соседей за стеной, так и из туалета. И слышно абсолютно все хлопающие двери на этаже - по другому они не закрываются.
Высокая стоимость завтрака на человека.

Cons:

Очень маленькие номера, явно меньше заявленного. Неудобная ванная комната и раковина. Персонал очень долго обслуживает заказ в номер. Попросишь принести воду в номер и ее просто не приносят, приходится самому спускаться и забирать.

המקום יפה מאוד והמיקום עוד יותר מלון מהמם אך חלק מהצוות לא היה ידידותי ולכן לא דירגתי 10 ויש חלק מהצוות שמגיע לה כבוד על השירות כמו בקבלה ובכניסה , מקווה שהשירות ישתפר קצת והמלון יהיה שווה 10 אחד המלונות הכי יפים שהייתי בהם אבל השירות ברמה של 4 כוכבים

הצוות לא מחייך יש בחורה בבר בשם סירין שעובדת לרוב בוקר פשוט בכל פעם שבאנו לקנות משהו כאילו עושה לנו טובה ותנועות כמו איףף כאילו אנחנו באנו חינם וכאילו הפרענו לה, בכל פעם שראיתי אותה בבר התרחקתי ולא רציתי לקנות פשוט הרגשתי שאני מפריע לה , גם בבר הבריכה השירות היה טוב אך גם לא מחייכים גם עם טיפים אבל היו נחמדים בסה׳׳כ
