Great hotel, great location, great gym. Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Savy at Vale did an excellent job everyday with our car

Pros:

Есть свой пляж и спа с бассейном. Отличный зона корворкинга с потрясающим видом. Разнообразные завтрак.

Пляж поздно открывается с 8:30 утра и рано закрывается в 19:00

Great comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. Great location, very nice beach area and clean, comfortable rooms. Overall we definitely recommend this place

Cons:

The only downside were the prices for the hotel catering (breakfast/lunch etc) but we just had our breakfast nearby so not a big deal

Bad staff attitude ruined our entire stay.
Pros:

Very disappointing experience

The staff treated me and my family very badly just because I brought special food for my elderly sick father. He cannot eat regular food due to serious health problems, and when we asked the hotel if they could prepare suitable food for him, they refused.

So I bought food from outside for my father, but the staff would not even allow me to bring it inside. There was no understanding, no respect, and no consideration for a medical situation.

Because of the rude treatment, I decided to leave the hotel before finishing my stay, even though I had already paid, and they refused to refund anything.

I visit Antalya many times every year and honestly there are many hotels with the same price level but much better service and much more respectful staff. Good treatment is more important than luxury.

I left this hotel only because of the bad attitude and poor treatment from the staff.

Cons:

The staff behavior was very disappointing and unprofessional. They took away the food we brought for my elderly sick parents even after explaining the medical situation. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and no apology at all. Because of the poor treatment, we decided to leave the hotel early.
