Pros:

From being greeted on arrival to check out, the stay was exceptional, Receptionist/manager was happy, the place was spacious and had plenty off outdoor/indoor area to chill to relax in from the Garden to the Lounges, Plenty of space to park especially with having a big 4wd, Room facilities were as described and on photos

Deutlich abgewohntes Zimmer, mangelnde Sauberkeit und ein insgesamt nicht stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr ansprechend, und der Garten ist schön angelegt.

Cons:

Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren inakzeptabel für diese Preiskategorie: stark abgewohnte Oberflächen, deutliche Beschädigungen an Holzverkleidungen und Armaturen, eine über die gesamte Länge gesprungene Glasscheibe zum Außenbereich, ein unebener Teppichboden sowie erhebliche Staubablagerungen an Lüftungen und Glasflächen im Bad. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer nur mithilfe eines mobilen Heizkörpers ausreichend zu beheizen (im Sommer).

Auch der Service konnte nicht überzeugen: Der Check-in wirkte gehetzt und es wurde keine Unterstützung beim Gepäck angeboten. Ein im Zimmer angekündigtes Willkommensangebot war nicht vorhanden, und das Frühstück entsprach weder in Qualität noch in Auswahl der Hotelkategorie oder dem aufgerufenen Preis.

Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei diesem Preis erwarten wir einen deutlich besseren Zustand, mehr Sorgfalt und ein stimmiges Gesamterlebnis.

great service, breakfast and lucky enough to snag an upgrade to a bigger room. The garden is stunning plus I love the ease of parking on site/being out of the city a bit for privacy. Third stay.

Excellent except for air-conditioning
Pros:

It was amazing and the staff where super friendly.

Cons:

Air-conditioning in room was locked and could not be change. Very clammy and sticky at night.
Also in booking.com it stated free mini bar but mini bar was definitely not free.

Excellent service from all the boys.
Liam and Beshir, thank you for such an enjoyable stay.
Nothing was a problem for them.
Very good breakfast prepared by the chef daily.

Pros:

The staff were beautifully personal giving an immediate homely feel.

The shower and bathroom were spacious, well lit.

Turn down camomile tea was a nice touch, as was the variety of pillows on offer (although the ones we had on check in were perfect).

A huge a very comfy bed.
