Wonderfull hotel in Wengen, highly recommended.
Pros:

Best location, excellent food (breakfast and dinner), and mostly friendly and supportive staff.
Highly highly recommended for the Alps area.

Cons:

Was very hot, maybe offering fans was an option.

A perfect place to stay in the Alps!
Pros:

The view from the balcony was spectacular! You get to enjoy the beautiful scenery at all times. Easy access to the prettiest mountain walks and excursions. They have Nespresso available at all times with a nice place to sit and relax. Breakfast was wonderful in a lovely dining room.

Cons:

We were there during a heat wave and wished we had air conditioning, but this wouldn’t be a factor much of the time.

Incredible stay in Wengen - the highlight of my trip!
Pros:

I liked breakfast and the staff the most! The view can't be beat. The care taken in making that breakfast was phenomenal. I felt super safe, and took a lot of time just staring at the view from my deck.

Cons:

A smaller key for my pocket for when I go out and about. lol A fan for my room would have been so amazing. I should have asked. I slept with the door open and was fine though.

Pros:

Breakfast was the best part. The lady at the breakfast table(Hina) was the most helpful, cordial and understanding person. Little gesture of love and care in the morning itself goes a long way. The staff who picked us up, dropped us off and helped us with coffee/mile, were all very great. The hotel rooms(small but expected), proximity to station, overall view from family room are all great.

Cons:

Front desk lady's attitude.
The bath tubs can use a sliding door, when you take shower bathroom floor gets wet.
The family room only has a partial view of the Jungfrau from the balcony as shown on their listing, please have your experience set accordingly. Front facing rooms can't accommodate 4 so my only option was family room.

A hotel that wraps you up in a hug! Book your stay today and stay for as long as you can!
Pros:

Just a perfect hotel which wasn’t overcrowded or overwhelming. Such lovely attentive and kind staff who went the extra mile to make our 5 night stay fabulous. The location is ideal and the views incredible. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Nothing that we didn’t like.
