Sehr nah am Kölner HBf, zu Fuß in 2-3 min

Cons:

Kein Fahrstuhl, mit Gepäck beschwerlich als Frau in 4.stock ohne Hilfe zu müssen. Schlüsselsafe, -kein Personal nachts/ abends später.

Es war alles gut, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Parkhaus nur 50 Meter entfernt.

I liked the location of the property, its comfort, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the spacious bathroom.

Cons:

When we first arrived, the room was clean and very nice. The room was cleaned every day after we left, but I don’t think it was cleaned thoroughly enough. Only the bed was made, and even drinking water was not provided. This was a bit disappointing for us.

I was with my child. The room isn’t big, but it’s cozy and has a balcony. Everything is pretty clean. The air conditioner heats well and keeps it warm. The location is near the train station, very convenient. The staff is nice.
