No se queden acá! Por favor.

Nada me gustó, habitación sucia, sábanas sucias almohadas sucias, en baño muy poco higiénico.
Tuve que ir irme a otro hotel porque no soporté la mugre. En booking soy Genious level 3, lo que significa que ya he optado por hoteles muchas veces y está sin dudas es la peor experiencia que he tenido.
Pague por 3 noches, solo use una y pague otro hotel en paralelo (Hotel Concept Bariloche) vayan a ese.
Ni pisen este hotel, es una mugre. Difiere las fotos con la realidad. Y como no es reembolsable, tuve que abonar el total de la estadía. Me gustaría que alguien de booking me ayude con algún reembolso

Acogedor y Central Hotel
Pros:

Excelente Ubicación, camas buenas, desayuno incompleto. Tienen cena en la tarde noche a muy buen precio y buena caalidad de comida, Lo mejor la atención del personal.

Cons:

El desayuno, podria mejorar, no tenían huevos. Al llegar tuvimos un inconveniente con una de las habitaciones, estaban sucias las cubre camas,.... reclamamos y nos cambiaron los cubrecamas y al día siguiente nos asiganaron otra habitación. Buena la respuesta.

No me gustó que no me hayan reservado una cochera en el estacionamiento privado ya que por teléfono, antes de hacer la reserva por booking consulté lo del estacionamiento y me dijeron que debía pagar aparte lo cuál acepté, pero al momento de llegar el estacionamiento privado al que me mandaron desde el hotel no tenía más lugar, por lo que tuve que buscar otro estacionamiento, resultando al final más caro el alojamiento de lo que habia calculado

Fue una estadía agradable, pero le faltan varias cosas por mejorar y comunicar a la hora de reservar

Me gustó la ubicación ya que quedaba cerca de las chocolaterías principales y del centro cívico, la habitación que nos tocó fue con vista a la calle mitre y al lago, eso fue bonito y la atención de las personas de la cocina muy amables y simpáticas

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno ya que era muy básico, no había mucha variedad, por ende si te quedas varios días, te aburrirá. Por otro lado el tema del estacionamiento o parking cuando uno lo busca dice que hay estacionamiento o parking, pero en las condiciones o letra chica, dice que se debe reservar y pagar aparte, por lo que cuando llegamos no había cupo y tuvimos que dejar el vehículo en la calle y al otro dia logramos un cupo y no es en el mismo hotel y es muy pequeño para ingresar si tienes un vehículo grande no entrará.
