It is a warm family hotel in Moena. Thebest plaxe where you could find everything for your perfect vacation.
Service, attitude, kindness and coziness.
The food is excellent, delicous, you will feel like in michlin restaurant.
Super new wellness. And pleasedo your self a favour. The best massage!
Perfect location for all the dolomiti ski, parking and ski room to left your ski wear.
And the athmoshere is so alpe-italiana. 🙂🇮🇹❤️

Das hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, solange man auf Spa keine Wert legt
Pros:

Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, das Badezimmer war anscheinend neu saniert. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen neuen und sauberen Eindruck. Man erreicht Moena nach einem kleinen Spaziergang

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich hat uns nicht gefallen. Der Bereich scheint zwar auch neu. Aber außer Ruheliegen ist da nicht so viel geboten. Entgegen der Fotos gibt es keinen Pool sondern nur ein Art Wanne. Die 15€ dafür sind unverhältnismäßig.

Das komplette Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommen und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es war immer überall sehr sauber. Das Essen war fantastisch. Der Wellnessbereich ist wundervoll. Trotz Lage an der Straße war es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und haben einen Balkon.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts. Sobald man etwas anspricht wird es sofort umgesetzt.
