We had a great stay at the hotel. It was quiet and the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

It was very clean, tap water was drinkable, the instructions regarding how to get to the hotel were crystal clear, breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located in a very beautiful area, there is a small river nearby, where you can take walks and one evening we even saw a fox on the river bank.
There is a cozy pub 5 min away and a nice former industrial place transformed into spaces for different crafts, especially dance halls.

Cons:

There was very little human interaction. It was all very automatic and intuitive. I would have prefered to be able to leave the phone at the hotel, but I had to always take it along with me to generate the key to enter the hotel and the room.

Das Personal war total super. Alles möglich gemacht was in ihrem Rahmen lag. U/S Bahnhof um die Ecke.

Sehr unsauberes Hotel
Pros:

Die Betten waren recht gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat sich ganz Berlin angepasst.
Sehr unsauber und die Reinigung sehr sehr mangelhaft.
Auf den Fensterbrettern überall ausgedrückte Zigarettenrrste.
Unter den Betten sehr viel Schmutz.
Selbst die Sanitäranlagen wurden sehr mangelhaft gereinigt das geht überhaupt nicht!!!!
Handtücher wurden gewechselt aber ohne System.
Der Parkplatz für 12€ ein Hohn und ein Glücksspiel.
Das ist das schlechteste Hotel was wir je hatten über Bokking.com.
Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen nicht geeignet.

Cons:

Schade...
Ich sollte via Computer an der Eingangstür einchecken. Dies habe ich getan und bin mit der Hotelkarte bis vor mein Zimmer gekommen. Doch dann endete meine Reise abrupt denn leider ging die Tür nicht auf. Eine Stunde habe ich aus meiner Sicht alles versucht, um irgendwie ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Doch die Tür blieb verschlossen. Am Telefon hatte ich nur eine KI Stimme die mir nicht helfen konnte. Einen richtigen Menschen der Ahnung hatte, habe ich die ganze Zeit weder gesehen noch gehört...
Auch meiner Bitte um Rückruf auf dem AB des Hotels wurde nicht nachgegangen.
Ich habe storniert und bin nun woanders untergekommen...
Technischer Fortschritt? Super ! aber wenn die Technik nicht funktioniert, sollte man wenigstens einen Ansprechpartner haben.
