Personal muy atento
Pros:

La chica que atiende la recepción es muy amable y solicita. Esta cercano a la catedral de Ragusa, que es la zona donde hay mayor actividad. No habíamos contratado desayuno y nos dieron un desayuno el primer día a a pesar que no nos esperaban
Se puede aparcar en la zona en lineas blancas.
Se accede con un código que te envían, que funciono perfectamente.

Cons:

No hay recepción por la tarde.
Esta lejos de Ragusa Ibia, que es la zona donde se encuentran las visitas y los principales monumentos.

Pros:

Grande chambre et grande terrasse donnant sur la vieille ville. Proche de l'escalier qui mène à la vieille ville.

Cons:

Il me semble que notre chambre n'était pas adaptée aux normes de sécurité incendie : accès à la chambre directement par ascenseur, à l'intérieur de la chambre une porte coincée par un canapé donnant sur un escalier qui doit être la sortie de secours (je n'ai pas vérifié). Si cette porte est une sortie de secours, elle n'est pas signalée. Nous n'avons vu du personnel de l'hôtel que le matin pour le petit déjeuner, pas terrible d'ailleurs.

Pros:

Situation sur une place tranquille (avec possibilité de parking gratuit). Sur la terrasse, magnifique vue sur Ragusa Ibla.
Chambre excessivement propre et bien équipée, Literie confortable, serviettes douces qui sentent bon la lessive.
Grande douche.
Gloria et sa collègue sont charmantes et à l’ecoute.
Excellent petit déjeuner (salé et sucré avec de délicieux gâteaux préparés par Gloria)
Si vous cherchez un logement à Raguse, vous pouvez aller à la Dimora sans hésitation.

Absolument rien.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The accomodation in the rooms could do with a freshen up

Location was good

Cons:

Took a long time get water warm in shower, shower head was calcified and the was lots of soap calcification in shower tiles. Needed at least a kettle in each room so we could make our own tea or instant coffee. Bedside tables were almost falling off.

Gute Lage - man war schnell in der Oberstadt - Richtung Unterstadt sollte man gut zu Fuss sein - gerade jetzt wo es doch schon ziemlich warm.ist. Es fahren Busse runter und hoch.
