Great location, price and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are clean. The price is great, plus the location works well for me.

Cons:

Rooms always smell of smoke. The breakfast was not a good as it has been in previous years. Could not get the AC to stay on all night long.
