Hotel was very well maintained and modern. Plenty of staff who spoke english. A supermarket was across the street and buses just outside the entrance. Food at the restaurant was also good. I was there for nine days and they only changed the sheets once. That is the only small thing that I could fault. Some guests may find it too far from the main streets of the city. It suited me as it was close to the friend I was visiting. However I could get to most of the busy parts of town for AUD$5 on Uber or taxi. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this certainly in the class of a five star hotel.

All staff were very helpful and nice, most can speak English. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Yet again I had another wonderful stay at this fantastic Hotel. As always everything was spotless. All the hotel staff were very polite and professional, always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would never stay anywhere else and neither should you.

This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff are so polite, professional and are very helpful. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the whole hotel is spotless and very comfortable. I`ve stayed at The Khortitsa Palace Hotel 3 times since March and will be back in June, I would not stay anywhere else in Zaporozhye. I would recommend this wonderful hotel to everybody. You will not be disappointed.

I have just got back from my second stay at this class hotel. Everything about this hotel is pure class. From check-in to check-out my 4 night stay was wonderful. The hotel staff are so polite and professional, nothing was ever too much trouble.
As always the hotel was spotless and my room was perfect. I shall return in May and would not dream of staying at another hotel. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

This is a class hotel. I have just got back and will be going back in 2 weeks. The hotel is so clean not a spot of dust and the rooms are excellent. These are also spotless. The staff are very helpful and polite nothing was a problem. I would recomend this hotel to everybody. I will be back early April. This hotel is fantastic value for money a class place.

I stayed at the Khortitsa Palace on the final night of my 5 day trip in Ukraine a d after some of the other hotels I had stayed in it was literally like a Palace. Very comfy room and bathroom. I ate in the bar earlier in the evening and prices were very reasonable. Abdicate buffet breakfast more than adequate too.

Very warm as it was -3 outside.
Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Local area a little rough and very dark with poor quality street lighting so I didn’t go out at night.

Ran out of water for about an hour. Staff was courteous and kind.

Expensive hotel for the city, it is good but sadly it is too expensive. breakfast selection was limited the service was very good But again the price for the city is higher than locals can afford
