Great breakfast, location and staff.

Cons:

Quite dated hotel, with no additional facilities. Expensive for what you get. Ironing board and iron are in terrible state. The room quality is variable, stayed here twice with the first time having a lovely room and the second time given a considerably more dated room which smelled of sewage pipes on the first night until after having a few showers.

Comfortable stay in a great location, perfect for exploring Old Town Lisbon.
Pros:

Nice hotel located in the popular Chiado district of old town Lisbon. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many good restaurants, shopping and attractions. If you want to dine in, there’s a top notch restaurant within the hotel as well.

Menší hotel, ochotný personál, u hezkého náměstí, všude kousek- obchody, restaurace, metro, vlak, bohatá snídaně, na pokoji čisto, kávovar, v restauraci výborná večeře

Cons:

Maličkost- na pokoji chyběl věšák na bundy, ve skříni na pověšení málo místa, zmokli jsme a neměli kde sušit

Great hotel in a fantastic area of Lisbon, but they need to sort out the WIFI situation.
Pros:

Great location, and friendly staff

Cons:

WIFI access was dismal and could do basic Teams or Zoom calls. The staff said maybe because hotel was fully booked, but they need to get sufficient bandwidth to support a fully booked hotel. Maybe it was an ISP problem because of effects from recent storms.
