Pros:

The staff was nice. The location is perfect - tram 2 goes to and from airport, you can reach Kadriorg and Kopli with trams. Very comfortable. Near is Balti Jaama full of food options, I would recommend Izakya which is near and Kalamaja museum (community museum). I loved the location. Lots of bars nearby. Easy to reach old town. This area is not cheap, locals call it "hipster" place but for me it was a good one. Didn't have breakfast in hotel, so cannot say anything. The room was ok, had one on a 3rd floor.

Cons:

I liked the hotel and would come back again, but there are some things you should consider:
Wifi is not strong and disconnects;
Room might be on a higher floor, there is no elevator;
My room was pretty chilly, outside was like 17°C, but inside I had to wear knitted socks and sweater.
