Un hôtel confortable mais pas à la hauteur des petites exigences de son niveau
Pros:

Hôtel agréable, présentant des chambres confortables. Nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit dans le bel environnement de Rodalquilar. La décoration de la salle du restaurant est particulièrement réussie et les abords entretenus.

Cons:

L'eau de l'hôtel n'est pas potable. C'est écrit en petit dans la salle de bain. S'agissant d'un défaut et d'une responsabilité de l'hôtel que de fournir de l'eau potable, je trouve cela anormal et incorrect de faire payer l'eau après une bouteille (1,5L pour trois), même si c'est pour emporter dans sa gourde.
Par ailleurs le restaurant du soir sait qu'il n'a que peu de concurrence a proximité, il est donc un peu cher pour cuisiner du congelé

Relax en plena naturaleza almeriense
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, estás muy cerca de Rodalquilar y del Playazo. También tienes a pocos minutos en coche: las Negras, Los Escullos, la isleta del Moro y San José.

También me atrapó la tranquilidad que se respira en el Hotel y su entorno

La ubicación esta muy bien, el paisaje y los espacios comunes del hotel están muy bien, hay flexibilidad con los horarios, lo que da libertad a la hora de moverse.

Cons:

El trato de las chicas en el desayuno era un poco borde.
La iluminación en la habitación un poco lúgubre y escasa.
Pero nada grave, son detalles.

The Spa and massages. The staff were extremely polite and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to do in the hotel other than the Spa and associated facilities. Limited sunbeds. Menu in the restaurant did not change and was the same every day. Bedroom tired, dark and dated. Small TV, limited channels and sat on dressing table in front of the mirror!

La tranquilitat que es respira a l establiment tot i estar complert

Caldria millorar l amabilitat d algunes persones delmenjador al servei de tarda i nit, les de l esmorzar son molt amables i agradables, les de la tarda i nit haurien de millorar, no estan a l alçada
