Stay Away!!! Filthy, nasty. The fixtures are badly rusted! The floor was so dirty it crunched. The toilet bolts are even rusted and it was leaking onto the floor. Even the sheets were stained with mildew stains, but they did smell like bleach, so I guess they were clean. The sheets were too small and would not stay on the bed. They did mop the floor when we asked, kind of, but our feet still became black, crunchies were gone though. The staff were kind. We were trapped because there BC were no other available motels with rooms to rent. Much was preventable if they would just keep the AC running during the hot season, but typical of the owners, they won't spend the money to keep AC running cool enough when not occupied. All the humidity has rusted and mildewed the entire room. Can't say much about how dirty it was though. I wish I had taken photos to show how incredibly horrible it was.
Very disappointed with breakfast.
It was supposed to be hot breakfast, the only hot things were waffles (horrible batter). One kind of bread(only white),cheap, small muffins,2 kinds of cereal.Butter in a huge container and jelly.
No water for tea;milk and juice were available.
Easy parking in a quiet location away from the main road but easily accessible.
Friendly staff and clean room but somewhat limited breakfast options.
Parking was safe good location
They offer breakfast but they were out of everything. Terrible
Bugs crawling everywhere
Perfect for a last-minute stay right off the highway
I stay at about 10 hotels ayear. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at over the last 5years walkin shower was great with a hand held shower wand and a seat with a back. perfect for my disable wife. Will stay here again in the coming months. The staff was excellent plenty of breakfast options, and the room was clean with a nice fresh scent
Was nice and clean service was excellent
It was clean, well maintained room. Friendly staff.
Parking was well-lit. Convenient to I65. Room was adequately appointed and location was quiet
Hot tub wouldn’t drain. Room AC hadn’t been running in awhile so it took some time to cool down
ok
The lady at the front justina was so friendly and helpful the room was amazing the pillows were soft the bathrooms were so clean I enjoyed the overall experience I had at the this hotel
Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean and cool. There was a stale smell but it was not unbearable.
It was very clean and looks like it had been taken care of. I stayed in three different places in my five days in Alabama and these two were by far the favorite I will be staying there again..
Thank you for the wonderful stay.
It’s a good place to sleep and has nice people working at it. The television didn’t work, but had hdmi ports so if you want to watch tv I’d suggest bring your own stick to plug into the tv. The tv wasn’t an issue for me but it was a small issue for my wife. The only complaint I have is that the shower was hard to get warm, by day 2 we figured it out. Slept wonderful at the inn though.
Poor communication and outside door didnt latch unless pulled shut.
