Zimmer Bosphorus Hotel - Special Class

Everything was excellent, clean, gentle and helping staff. The only comment is that there is no proper sound proofing between the rooms. Othere than that i give 5 stars

Gute Erreichbarkeit.

Ligging kan je niet beter hebben. Alleen de kamers hebben een renovatie nodig! Deur ging niet dicht heel hard dicht trekken was nodig! Poets team deed hun werk niet goed!

Konum çok iyi ama işletme ve bina vasat. Bu konumdaki işletme daha iyi olabilir.

Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot chocolate and for eggs. Those are basic things which should be a part of a breakfast. On the other side the staff was very helpful. As soon as we complained they changed the room for us. During check out one of the staffs really tried hard to get us a taxi. Unfortunately I personally wouldn't go again to the hotel

Excelente ubicación, la limpieza impecable, el staff súper amable, desayuno delicioso

Bathroom privacy is a concern.. Aircon did not work properly.. they were not able to fix.. lift buttons need some work..

Sloppy housekeeping.. bathrooms had been recently renovated.. still had construction dust.. took away 4 towels and then replaced 3..

Horrible breakfast experience .. no buffet.. so must take their set meal with beef (we are vegetarians).. not interested in our inputs.. no replacements offered.. charged extra even though we didnt take their set meal..

The room was DIRTY and was dusty.

The mini fridge was broken

We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping was done despite us putting a sign on the door and also calling reception to inform them no housekeeping was done and they said they would send someone but they never did.

Utterly unprofessional staff. I do not know how this hotel is still operating

It feel like the rooms never had any maintenance

People are so Rude and my room was not clean the bathroom has leak water I told them 2 times no one cares

Mitarbeiter und Reinigungskraft waren sehr lieb und hilfreich, lage perfekt
Zimmer die in den Hof blicken sind nicht sehr ratsam..

Top, locatie! Vriendelijk personeel!

Kamer was schoon maar zeer beperkt en uitzicht was te doen maar had iets beters verwacht. Service personeel goed. Douche ok op paar minpunten na. Bovenlocatie lulu lounge uitstekend.

Personal super.
Zimmer schimmelt, Schimmelgeruch extrem.
Allgemein nicht so sauber.
Room Service leider mangelhaft, wurde nur das nötigste gemacht.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, war mal besser.
