من أفضل الفنادق في بوروندي نظافة واحترام الموظفين وسعر مناسب جدا ورخيص وقريب جدا من وسط المدينة ويقع في حي راقي مع الهدوء والجمال وموظف الاستقبال علي شخص متعاون جدا وسريع الاستجابة لما تريده مما جعلني سأنزل أي وقت ان شاء الله في بوروندي في هذا الفندق الرائع
breakfast was monotonous. they should benchmark. maybe free selection instead of fixed paper choices. rooms they need to invest in new beddings otherwise next time it will be a seedy joint.
electricity and water ... i dont know what to say. they should have a storage for water. water dissappearing when you are showering is not nice ..electricity is a country problem at least they had a generator.

structure is ok.
people at least were polite and informative even if their english was wanting.
and comparatively they were a decent hotel.
i will still book there in the future if i step in burundi again

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They are also very honest. Two days in a row I left my phone and purse with hard cash and I found them intact
The unstable electricity
It was as advertised. Meals were good. Staff was polite and helpful. It was easy to get to most places and taxis etc were arranged promptly. Security was good. All facilities were available. I would highly recommend ❤️
A bit far away from my programme but it was close to town and most relevant places.
the hotel is clean and safe and the staff are lovely. Aliou was on the desk when i arrived and still there the next morning. He is also the marketing manager and really trying to make sure everyone has a good stay. He went out of his way to help a guest who was unwell, after he should have finished his shift.
I had pizza to eat which was very good, and chose fruit salad for breakfast which was beautifully prepared and delicious.
there is no garden altho there is outside space to sit and a small swimming pool.
L'accueil et les chambre très bien. j'ai trouvé la restauration assez chère.
j'ai moins apprécié la restauration notamment pour le diner. Sinon les petits déjeuners cela allait.
Location.
There was power shortage for few minutes which continued few times last pose shortage took longer when enquirer with the receptionist , he advise that they are waiting for so an electrician to come. I asked him to switch on the generator which he agreed .
Le personnel très respectueux et hyper sympathique, mais aussi à l'écoute des besoins. Le petit jardin autour de la piscine. La terrasse bar à l'étage qui offre une petite vue sur les montagnes au loin. Le sentiment de sécurité. Le prix des boissons.
Le prix des plats. Les arrêts de bus (si l'on voyage principalement à pied) un peu loin...
The staff were amazing - in particular ALIEU and his team. They were exceptional and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent.
The building and facilities are somewhat run down and we felt we were in the middle of nowhere.
Very good and the staffs made me love Bujumbura.
Needed a gym area but apart from that, all was good.
The spices in food were a little too much for my taste.A little more balance in seasoning would make the dining experience even better.

The most distinguished thing about this hotel is the staff(*****) .. they are "so", " so" wonderful.. friendly..& helpful.. specifically: the two young ladies: Annociate & Dodo(abbreviation of "difficult to remember" name !! ..she was a nice receptionist girl .. she helped me in doing a city tour concentrating on religious sites) .. & never forget the two young gentlemen: Immanuel & Ali ).. thank you all ..

The recurrent electricity/ water supply cut-off .. I don't blame the hotel administration.. It's because of poor infrastructure in Burundi (yes they have a generator.. but it can't withstand the frequent shutdown in power )
