Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen beim Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage, das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das moderne Badezimmer mit einer großzügigen Dusche.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fällt die Auswahl eher überschaubar aus und könnte etwas vielfältiger sein. Zudem ist der Frühstücksraum recht klein. Je nach Gästeaufkommen kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten am Büfett kommen oder man muss auf einen freien Sitzplatz warten.

Estacionamento apesar de lotado é gratuito

Eu reservei um quarto para três pessoas com sofá cama, chegando no hotel fiz o check in e ao pegar as chaves perguntei se a cama do sofá cama estava arrumada. Surpreso o atendente me disse que meu quarto não tinha sofá cama. Ele era gentil, mas questionou uma funcionária que foi grosseira ficaram discutindo em alemão, eu mostrei que a minha reserva tinha sofá cama. Depois de um tempo de discussão entre eles, o atendente disse que mudaria meu quarto mas que precisaria de um tempo para arrumar o sofá cama se eu podia esperar na recepção. Eu eu disse claro com certeza. Ele foi embora e só ficou a outra recepcionista ficamos mais de uma hora aguardando e ninguém falava nada. Foi quando perguntei se meu quarto estava pronto e ela respondeu claro. Enfim. O quarto com o sofá cama montado mal dava para andar. O chuveiro estava quebrado tínhamos que ficar segurando para tomar banho. Mas nem reclamamos, pois só aquela recepcionista não empática que ficava na recepção.

Pros:

Nettes. freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gutes Frühstück, immer schnell nachgefüllt. Aufmerksames und schnelles Personal .Schallschutzfenster, klimatisierte Zimmer, gute Matratze, sauberes Bad.

Cons:

Waschbecken hängen sehr hoch, Toiletten sehr tief.
Aber das ist kein Negativkriterium, nur ein Hinweis.
Wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und Wäsche.

Es war alles modern und sauber.

Cons:

Die Fahrradgarage hat uns nicht überzeugt. Sie war in der Nähe des vom öffentlichen Bereich zugänglichen Hotelparkplatzes und bestand aus einer nicht abschliessbaren viel zu kleinen Kunststoffkonstruktion die man herunter- und hochklappen konnte. Leider passten nicht mehr alle unsere Fahrräder unter die regenabweisende Konstruktion, die absolut keine Diebstahlsicherung hatte.
So musste einer unserer Fahrer mit einem völlig durchnässten Sattel losfahren weil es nachts geregnet hatte und sein Fahrrad nicht mehr unter die skonstruktion passte. Wir hatten fast alle irre teure Ebikes, haben diese Nacht wegen Angst, dass sie gestohlen werden wirklich schlecht geschlafen und wir verstehen nicht dass in einem so grossen Haus nicht irgendein Lagerraum umfunktioniert werden kann zur Fahrradgarage wie es in anderrn Hotels längst usus ist.

Pros:

Die Lage war zentral.Es war richtig obwohl es an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind ziemlich schmal .Man muss beim Verlassen des Hotels vorsichtig sein da man sozusagen direkt auf einem Fahrradweg steht.
