Sauberes, zentrumsnahes Hotel
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Sehr schön war die große Dusche und die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, jedoch nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Hotel liegt zentral zur Altstadt, welche in guten 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Parksituation war in Ordnung.
Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express Augsburg gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das französische Doppelbett mit ca. 140 cm Breite, ist für zwei Personen fast eine Zumutung, ebenso wie das im Bad zu hoch montierte Waschbecken.

Pros:

It's a standard hotel, as expected from a hotel group. But isn't that its beauty? No surprises, everything is fine, everything works smoothly. It's not in the city center but you can walk there in a very short time. There's a shopping center nearby. The hotel faces a busy road, but the rooms are well soundproofed. Good breakfast. There.s a car parking (not for free)
