Die Lage jnd Ausstattung

Cons:

Parksituation ist äußerst unbefriedigend. Die Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus in der City Galerie besteht nicht mehr, damit wird,fas Parken sehr teuer.
Außerdem hat die Toilettenspülung nicht hinreichend funktioniert

Das freundliche Personal. Besonders aufmerksam und sympathisch war die junge Dame im Frühstücksraum.

Perfect place to stay when exploring Augsburg.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. Easy to navigate to, with a large and secure outside car park. Room was spacious, very clean, well kept, quiet and comfortable. The extended continental breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent. Also for us, the location of the hotel was ideal, as located only a short walk to the old town and historic sights.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück gut , nicht überladen. Ausreichend für jeden Gaumen.
Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter , besonders der Damen vom Frühstücksservice. Sehr aufmerksam , Tische schnellst gereinigt, Superkaffemaschinen, ....
Getränke im Warteraum zur Erfrischung , Barbetrieb für Bier.....toll

Wofür das Personal nichts kann, die Höhe des Waschbeckens ist nicht normgerecht.. Einfach zu hoch , Menschen mit Körpergröße kleiner 1,65 m haben richtig Probleme bei der Nutzung. Gutes Design, aber.....
