Pros:

Sehr freundliches und umsorgendes Personal im Hotel. Als Gast fühlt man sich willkommen und Fragen/Problemen wird mit Lösungen begegnet.
Das Zimmer war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gutes Bett. Frühstück sehr gut! Alles sauber.
Hotel ist gut gelegen, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und auch der Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Heizung machte in der ersten Nacht Geräusche. Aber: dies wurde sehr besorgt zur Kenntnis genommen und dann behoben. Das war wirklich too! 2. Nacht war die Heizung wieder komplett ruhig. Danke!

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft, die unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Allgäu Forum, Big Box oder im Städtle. Total nettes Personal und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Parken war im Parkhaus gegenüber möglich und konnte in der Unterkunft gezahlt werden.
