Manque de flexibilité pour répondre au besoin du client. J’ai reçu seulement 3 factures (chambre, petit déjeuner et taxe de séjour) ! Même le manager a dit qu’il était impossible d’établir 1 seule facture pour tout, incroyable 😏!

De vôtre part ou vs n'avez remboursé. Car vs ne m'avez pas confirmé à temps la réservation et j'ai loué une deuxième chambre pour être sûr

Proximité de l'aéroport facile et transport en navette parfait. Par contre lors de la réservation l'établissement devrait indiqué l'endroit précis où prendre la navette.

Cons:

La climatisation est nulle, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et lors de ma réservation c'était pour moi un critère très important. C'est décevant!
