La télé ne fonctionnait pas.
Le petit déjeuner est très basique, pas de confiture, pour le prix, il faudrait faire un effort.
Parking fortuit à 30 fr, abusé.

Pros:

Chambre propre et ménage fait entre nos 2 nuitées. Navette gratuite depuis et vers l'aéroport.
Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant ni le sauna mais la chambre était très bien

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the airport shuttle staff, who were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness made my stay enjoyable overall.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one experience really disappointed me during my stay.

I was looking forward to watching the important football match between Barcelona and Real Madrid (El Clásico). In fact, this was the only occasion during my entire stay when I wanted to use the television.

However, the TV had a serious technical problem. It kept restarting approximately every minute and took a long time to turn back on, making it impossible to watch the match.

I contacted reception, and they sent someone to check the problem. Unfortunately, the staff member was unable to fix it and told me there was nothing he could do.

Given how important this particular match was to me, I asked whether they could replace the television or move me to another room with a working TV. Unfortunately, both requests were refused, and no alternative solution was offered.

As a result, I missed the match entirely, which was extremely disappointing.

I understand that technical problems can happen, and I would not normally complain about something like this. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and willingness to find a solution, especially when I was only asking for a working television for this one occasion.

Apart from this incident, I enjoyed my stay, but I genuinely wish the hotel had handled this situation better.

Hôtel parfait pour voyageurs en transit, sans prétention.
Pros:

Emplacement ideal pour voyageurs aériens.
Chambres fonctionnelle avec équipement basique utile + plateau thé/Café très apprécié.
Navette gratuite pour aéroport.

Cons:

Difficile de trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel très mal signalisé sur la route.
Restauration mauvaise lors de notre précédent séjour.
Nous ne fréquenterons plus le restaurant !

Option chère quand l'avion arrive tard et qu'il n'y a plus de train
Pros:

La navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel à toute heure était appréciable. La chambre était propre. Une bouilloire et une machine Nespresso étaient à disposition.

Cons:

Une taxe de séjour pour passer 9h dans une ville est exagérée.

Séjour plutôt agréable car super équipe mais confort du lit à revoir comme la qualité des matériaux.
Pros:

la partie restauration, le personnel et sa réactivité en cas de besoin. Le service navette et bagagerie. Facilement accessible à pied de l'aéroport.

Cons:

Le côté un peu vétuste : rideau déchiré, mobilier usé, linge de lit tâché. Le prix du petit-déjeuner trop élevé.
