Hotel bom mas precisa melhorar
Pros:

Café da manhã bom mas começa tarde 6:30hs para quem trabalha e precisa sair cedo não vale a pena.

Cons:

Não emitem nota fiscal nem no check-out, tem que ficar ligando e implorando dias depois, enquanto outros hotéis emitem já no check-in.
Cafè da manhã servido tarde 6:30h poderia ser mais cedo para quem trabalha.

Cafe da manha e localização são os diferenciais

Cons:

Muito ruido no quarto durante a noite.. É possivel escutar toda conversa dos apartamentos vizinhos, movimentação de móveis. Já me hospedei antes sem problemas, mas dessa vez a experiencia foi terrivel.. Tive que acionar a recepção às 2h da manhã para reclamar da situação e nada adiantou! Chegaram a me questionar se era ruido da rua, mas era de hóspedes conversando, rindo e arrastando os moveis. Reclamei no dia seguinte na recepção da inércia do atendende da noite. Inclusive queriam que eu explicasse de onde vinha o ruido. Poderia ser de qlqr um dos quartos, e era papel do hotel verificar e garantir o silencio.
