hotel with great views and very very slow reception, stadium long waiting line and no place to stand in breakfast, and you have to wait until 15:00 to get a room

Je m’attendais a vraiment beaucoup mieux horrible du coup je suis parti 4h après impossible de passer la nuit laba la porte était cassé télé qui ne marcher pas plus de 30 minutes pour avoir la télécommande pour faire fonctionner la Clim les agents thermiques était vraiment simpa et les femmes de ménage je leur tire mon chapeau chambre très propre mes a elle

Very very bad not clean toilet not working shower very filthy only Staff is very good but hotel conditions very very bad you can’t even take a shower disgusting light not working when we asked a bad which was offer in the reception kid bad they offer very filthy bad and our child needs to sleep at the floor literally we asked if there’s was suit or something they sad no it’s not necessary this and that after they offer this piece of ….

Please do not ask about Parking. A source of frustration and disappointment. Apparently, the hotel has commandeered the parking management to an external company. The parking valets are un couth and rude refusing to let us park in the designated areas within the hotel premises. Plenty of space was available, but they were reserved to supposed guests of the hotel. A lot of nepotism is going on in that hotel. We were told to park outside on the street. it was a really frustrating situation. The hotel staff refused to intervene pretexting that the parking within the premises of the hotel is managed by an independent agency and therefore they could not do anything. Furthermore, this is a hotel from Hell, with no shower doors, window doors do not close. Door cards do not work. A NIGHTMARE!!! I WILL SEND YOU SOME PICTURES IF YOU WISH .

One of the best hospitality destination in annaba i recommend it a lot .
We was in quarentine era of covid when it was the only way to stay on front of sea waves and enjoy the normal summer we used to be in .
It has a seaside rooms and acces to their own beach .
We rent a Studio for 2 nights
The location is good
The rooms condition was 4 star
Clean rooms and well organised .

Overall the hotel was appealing and clean. However, the hotel did not have my reservation from hotels.com that was booked several months before, but they let me stay. On the last night they threatened to have me pay all of the money again because hotels.com did not pay them. They made me contact hotels.com who sent them the payment voucher. The hotel still did not know what to do with the voucher and i had to call again to support the hotel. Luckily the guy that came in at midnight after dealing with this for a while knew exactly how to get the payment and I was released. They also allow prostitutes onto the floors and gets loud at night. This was extremely loud and obnoxious and not for families.

This hotel is located along the coastline with an awesome view. Stuff was very friendly, the place is very secure. The food at the restaurant upstairs was delicious. We loved the private beach and the swimming pool. We did not like the smoking in the Lobby. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The place is in dire need of renovation.
The lobby and hallways smell of cigarette smoke. My room was old and very dimly lit with dark stained carpeting. Very old furniture. Only one, poorly located available, power jack (the electric kettle cord does not reach it).
Bed with old linen, bottom sheet was too short and didn't even reach the corners. Overall reasonably comfortable mattress and pillows
Spacious bathroom with old fixtures. Tub with poorly functioning shower diverter; hot water with decent pressure. Leaky toilet tank. Assorted toiletries provided.
Extremely slow wifi.
Breakfast with decent selection, however items not labeled (both raw and hardboiled eggs - which one is which?). Tables poorly set: no napkins, no spoons.
The staff is generally unpleasant and unhelpful.

Petit déjeuner toujours en rupture de produits alors qu'il est 9h du matin et que le.service s'arrête à 10h00 le personnel fait de son mieux mais l'organisation et la supervision étant défaillante le résultat est médiocre pour un 4 étoiles. A leur décharge les clients gaspillent beaucoup aussi. La partie hôtel du complexe est assez propre et a été rénovée mais j'ai pris par la suite un studio dans Sabri et là les choses se gâtent : salle de bains minuscule odeur désagréable déco ancienne et tapisserie déchirée abats jours sales bref heureusement que la vue mer magnifique fait oublier le reste.

I like reception, and the view is amazing in front sea also food is very good , and the room very nice, I like city, I really enjoy with this trip and If I have chance I will definitely come back again in this place.

Les européens ne sont clairement pas les bienvenus. Des pratiques qui auraient dû disparaitre persistent dans cet établissement : paiement d’avance, prise en otage du passeport ou de la carte bleu. Tout ceci est inacceptable.

O hotel tem espaço físico excelente no entanto está um pouco velho.
Com uma boa renovação pode ser um hotel excelente.

Típico hotel enfocado al turismo, aunque bastante apartado de la ciudad. El estado del hotel es bueno, aunque algo frio. La habitación es espaciosa y aceptablemente cómoda. El baño, limpio y espacioso (algo desaprovechado). La cama es cómoda, las almohadas no tanto. TV aceptable con algunos canales internacionales. Personal amable, aunque algo falto de experiencia. El restaurante, sencillo... al igual que los platos... buena calidad, pero sin florituras. No tomé desayuno, por lo que no puedo opinar. En resumen, aceptable pero obviamente no un 4 estrellas desde el estándar europeo.

Need a car or taxi nearest shopping 20 min away. Door keys a nightmare. Water go off at night. Waited for plates at resteraunt. View is beautiful. Stayed room 501 smoking when I applied for non smoking rooms. no help with suitcases up steps to reception. friendly and helpful. Room cleaned each day. I would recommend it's a 3 star based on uk hotels. Would recommend if you want a relaxing holiday.

evitez les studio car wifi ne passe que sur le pallier quand vous l attrapez....la plupart des prise ne fonctionnent pas et y a meme pas d ampoule dans les lampes
restaurant bien trop cher pour la qualite et le buffet est encore plus cher malgres une qualite bien moindre.... par contre tres bon petit dejeuner tres complet
le staff est correct poli aimable apres rien nest vraiment propre ou bien fait
mais que voulez c'est le maghreb....
