Alles mooie dingen beloven en niks was waar kamer met balkon geboekt niet beschikbaar zeiden ze nu proberen mijn geld terug te krijgen we hebben hier niet eens overnacht zijn naar veel gepraat vertrokken en met booking.com gebeld zouden ons geld terug krijgen zouden terug gebeld worden maar weer niks gehoord

Die Sauberkeit..es lief ein Käfer auf Fußboden herrum...sah aus wie eine K...konnten es aber nicht richtig bestimmen..,nicht gesaugt..Fußboden dreckig..2 Tag auch keine Reinigung..,die Möbel irgendwie zusammen geschustert...das Bad war okay..

Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten insgesamt zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Direkt am ersten Tag haben wir einige Unannehmlichkeiten in unserem Zimmer entdeckt, die zu einer deutlich schlechteren Bewertung geführt hätten. Allerdings war das Personal sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert, weshalb unsere Probleme schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden konnten, sodass insgesamt der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, welches wir erhielten entsprach in keiner Weise den Standards eines ordentlichen Hotels und musste erst auf Hinweise hergerichtet werden. Insbesondere, weil wir als Familie mit Kindern gereist sind, hätte ich mir hier ein von Beginn an entsprechendes Vorgehen gewünscht.
