Swimming pool and spa.
The rooftop spa was lovely but did take around 45 minutes to fill.
Staff seemed very unimpressed to be working. Dated apartment with dated furnishings. Very suspicious marks on the blanket in the main bedroom. TV's weren't smart, no working remote and no remote at all in the main bedroom. No chrome cast, just a DVD player, 🤦♀️

The unit was new to the letting pool, we had a few teething problems however the staff did everything possible to resolve.

The location was fantastic, facilities are awesome has a great pool, bbq area, well equipped kitchen in your unit, big tv, aircond, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers. No complaints.
The mixer taps in the ensuite were leaking in both the vanity and the shower. This lead to mold in the shower once we let the reception know they were most apologetic and were getting straight on to it

Nothing. After speaking with reception I was given a full refund but I then had to find accommodation for 6 people for the week.
The apartment was filthy. Everything was greasy dusty or dirty. Windows were dirty, food scraps in the lounge, bathrooms smelled, frypan had baked on food in it, dishwasher was slimy. Broken clothes airer, dirty dusty carpets.

Pros: Great location. The pool and spa were excellent and the spa was working.
Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment was a major let-down. It wasn’t just dirty — it was filthy (photos attached). For over $4,000 for 7 nights, this is completely unacceptable and I’m requesting a partial refund.
Cleanliness issues included:
• Hair from previous guests everywhere (honestly disgusting)
• Dirty tissues left in the bedroom from a previous guest
• Used soap pieces from previous guests left upstairs in the bathroom
• Soap residue from previous guests still stuck to the shower tiles/soap dish
• Black mould in the shower
• Thick dust everywhere — so bad I was sneezing daily the entire stay
• Old carpet that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned
• Gunk inside cabinets
• Smudge and coffee stains in the wardrobe
• Dishes were so dirty we had to deep clean them before we could use them
• Broken salad bowl / damaged items
• Hair ties left behind from a previous guest
• Freezer tray broken and freezer dirty
• Washing machine and dryer dirty
• Balconies dirty and upstairs balcony furniture rotting
• Rubbish disposal area downstairs was a disaster
Maintenance / service issues:
• Upstairs bed was wobbly
• Downstairs TV didn’t work — it was replaced and still didn’t work properly
• Reception was never open when we went
• Only one key provided for a 3-bedroom apartment
• Old paint stored in the unit (clutter/unfinished maintenance feel)
• Iron was filthy and broken and ruined my $200 dress; ironing board unusable
We raised the cleanliness issues during the stay and they apologised, but nothing was properly rectified despite promises. We also received a letter stating fresh linen/towels would be provided on day 3 or 4 — it didn’t happen until day 5 after I followed up.
Overall: great location and great pool/spa, but the cleanliness, upkeep, and service were far below acceptable standards for the price.

Disappointing that I needed to clean the apartment before being able to use anything.
Location
I was unaware that the property did not have a lift until after we had booked - I currently have a significant knee injury that prevents me from doing stairs - in that regard it was awful and prevented me from doing the things I wanted to do to avoid the stairs.
The towels etc were very old and thin - they need to be replaced. It felt like we were in a cheap motel not a property that was more that $500 a night.
