Please note that this property is a 3-story complex and has no elevator access. Please note we do not accept American Express credit card. The property takes full payment for the booking in line with the cancellation policy. If its a Pay Now and Save / Non refundable booking full payment will be taken within 24 hours of your booking. Our Office hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday, 8.00am – Noon Saturday and 8.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Did the job for what we needed. A bit tired & in need of renovation.
Pros:

Convenient location for what we needed. Beds were comfy & clean. Unit was spacious & 2 car parks were allocated. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Ask for a unit at the back of the property if you want a good nights sleep thanks to the hoons on Marine Parade. The smell of smoking when walking up the stairs to access the unit wasn’t pleasant.

Pros:

Swimming pool and spa.
The rooftop spa was lovely but did take around 45 minutes to fill.

Cons:

Staff seemed very unimpressed to be working. Dated apartment with dated furnishings. Very suspicious marks on the blanket in the main bedroom. TV's weren't smart, no working remote and no remote at all in the main bedroom. No chrome cast, just a DVD player, 🤦‍♀️
