Please note that this property is a 3-story complex and has no elevator access. Please note we do not accept American Express credit card. The property takes full payment for the booking in line with the cancellation policy. If its a Pay Now and Save / Non refundable booking full payment will be taken within 24 hours of your booking. Our Office hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday, 8.00am – Noon Saturday and 8.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Swimming pool and spa.
The rooftop spa was lovely but did take around 45 minutes to fill.

Cons:

Staff seemed very unimpressed to be working. Dated apartment with dated furnishings. Very suspicious marks on the blanket in the main bedroom. TV's weren't smart, no working remote and no remote at all in the main bedroom. No chrome cast, just a DVD player, 🤦‍♀️

Fabulous, good size unit in a good location
Pros:

Great location, good size room and staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The unit was new to the letting pool, we had a few teething problems however the staff did everything possible to resolve.

They did everything they could to make our trip great this is a very good place to stay

The location was fantastic, facilities are awesome has a great pool, bbq area, well equipped kitchen in your unit, big tv, aircond, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers. No complaints.

Cons:

The mixer taps in the ensuite were leaking in both the vanity and the shower. This lead to mold in the shower once we let the reception know they were most apologetic and were getting straight on to it

Very disappointing as we had booked months ago and family travelled from other states
Pros:

Nothing. After speaking with reception I was given a full refund but I then had to find accommodation for 6 people for the week.

Cons:

The apartment was filthy. Everything was greasy dusty or dirty. Windows were dirty, food scraps in the lounge, bathrooms smelled, frypan had baked on food in it, dishwasher was slimy. Broken clothes airer, dirty dusty carpets.
