Pros:

Hotel bardzo czysty, wybór na śniadaniu imponujący. Hotel w centrum, blisko do punktów widokowych i muzeów.

Cons:

Miałam pokój na 1 piętrze z oknami na uliczkę. Niestety hałas dochodzący z zewnątrz( jak i od sąsiadujących gości z dziećmi- trzaskanie drzwiami) nie do końca pozwolił sie zrelaksować. Ale nie jest to winą hotelu oczywiście i nie wpłynęło to na moją ocenę. Miękki materac - nie moja bajka.

Siamo stati spostati presso l'altra struttura della proprietà per via di alcuni lavori di manutenzione straordinari. La comunicazione è stata eccellente e merita una menzione speciale, ciò nonostante non posso fare una valutazione sulla struttura scelta originariamente. In ogni caso buona esperienza e nell'altro hotel non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Cons:

Non posso valutare l'hotel scelto per via dello spostamento nell'altra struttura per la manutenzione straordinaria. Per la struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato nonostante sia evidente essere un hotel con i suoi anni alle spalle, non ho nessuna particolare segnalazione da fare

L'emplacement, tout en Haut près des places, le parking de l'hôtel, son transport en voiturette électrique, jusqu'à la porte de l'hôtel, la Chambre, sublime, le restaurant excellent, bravo sur tout.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, molto intimo l’ambiente elegante, colazione ottima e personale super cortese e disponibile. Un grazie particolare a Dan alla reception per la sua simpatia e disponibilità.

4 stelle? Anche meno
Pros:

Struttura bel posizionata in centro storico e grande panorama dalla terrazza.
Colazione accurata e completa.

Cons:

Vetusta e poco curata negli interni, camera matrimoniale ricavata con spazi di una singola angusta, in 2 praticamente impossibile. Mura scortecciate e bagno con rubinetti vecchi senza miscelatore e che perdono acqua.

Colazione super e il personale accogliente e disponibile. La posizione invidiabile.

Cons:

La camera trascurata e mal ammobiliata, la insonorizzazione inesistente e il bagno da rivedere (piccolo e vecchio).

Pros:

The location is very central, the staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast was fair.

Cons:

The room was poorly soundproofed, and we could hear noise from the building and the street throughout the night, including pigeons right outside the window. The reception also offered to help us pay for the parking, but this was never arranged, so we ended up having to pay again at the parking facility. Finally, the room was very small and needs renovation.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and competent, especially Dan at reception. Rooms aren’t very big but that’s generally the case in SM, they are however cozy. The hotel’s lounge and breakfast areas are also lovely, and the restaurant has gorgeous views as well as excellent food and great service.

Centrale ma un po' rumoroso
Pros:

Hotel carino, molto centrale. La colazione abbastanza abbondante sia dolce che salata. Personale molto cordiale. Bagno sia con vasca che con doccia. Graditissimo il bollitore e il frigo in camera.

Cons:

L'arredo era con mobili d'epoca poco funzionali e minuscoli rispetto alla dimensione della camera. Camera poco insonorizzata: si sentivano i rumori di quello che accadeva sia sotto che sopra. Appena arrivati in camera ci saranno stati 35 gradi ed abbiamo faticato per far abbassare la temperatura (con tutto il gelo fuori abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte).
