Excellent stay
Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and competent, especially Dan at reception. Rooms aren’t very big but that’s generally the case in SM, they are however cozy. The hotel’s lounge and breakfast areas are also lovely, and the restaurant has gorgeous views as well as excellent food and great service.

Centrale ma un po' rumoroso
Pros:

Hotel carino, molto centrale. La colazione abbastanza abbondante sia dolce che salata. Personale molto cordiale. Bagno sia con vasca che con doccia. Graditissimo il bollitore e il frigo in camera.

Cons:

L'arredo era con mobili d'epoca poco funzionali e minuscoli rispetto alla dimensione della camera. Camera poco insonorizzata: si sentivano i rumori di quello che accadeva sia sotto che sopra. Appena arrivati in camera ci saranno stati 35 gradi ed abbiamo faticato per far abbassare la temperatura (con tutto il gelo fuori abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte).

Pros:

Posizione super centrale e staff estremamente gentile. La colazione era veramente ottima. La vista dalla camera è uno spettacolo.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento centralizzato ha reso la notte un po' difficoltosa, l'aria era molto secca.

Soggiorno piacevole, ma gestione logistica e comunicazione da migliorare.
Pros:

Tornare a San Marino è sempre un piacere, la città è incantevole. Originariamente avevo prenotato all'Hotel Titano, ma sono stata riprotetta al Grand Hotel (stessa categoria 4*) a causa di lavori di manutenzione. La camera era confortevole, anche se decisamente troppo calda per i miei gusti. Un piccolo suggerimento tecnico: sarebbe opportuno installare un maniglione d'appoggio vicino alla vasca da bagno per facilitare l'entrata e l'uscita in sicurezza.

Cons:

Purtroppo la gestione del parcheggio è stata frustrante:
• Disservizio tecnico: Nonostante avessi registrato la targa per la convenzione (6€ invece di 8€), il sistema di riconoscimento non ha funzionato all'uscita serale. L'assistenza non ha risposto e, per non perdere una prenotazione, ho dovuto pagare la tariffa intera di tasca mia.
• Difficoltà nel rimborso: Al check-out ho dovuto faticare per ottenere il rimborso dei 6€ addebitati per un servizio non funzionante. Mi sarei aspettata una gestione più proattiva, considerando che ho pagato 8€ la sera e altri 4€ la mattina successiva per uscire.
• Informazioni mancanti: In hotel non ci è stata consegnata la card per gli sconti nei musei e nelle torri. Fortunatamente, il personale delle torri è stato gentilissimo e ci ha applicato lo sconto sulla fiducia, ma è un'informazione che l'hotel avrebbe dovuto fornire subito.

Pros:

Personale gentile e accogliente, ci hanno fatto il cambio date gratuito, colazione internazionale con buona varietà e qualità.

Cons:

Stanza matrimoniale con due materassi singoli che si dividevano in continuazione oltre ad essere di pessima qualità (entrambi con il mal di schiena al mattino), moquette in camera.
