Family of four - excellent stay!
Pros:

I stayed at the cliff with my family for one week and were very satisifed. Our room, the rooftop condo, was excellent! Great seaview, two fairy large bathrooms, and the kids had their own bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the kitchen area (were we had a couple of in-room dinners.) with a large fridge, and the spacious main bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day throughout our stay! Fresh towels every day, made beds, and the bathroom, floors and jacuzzi was properly cleaned every day. The kids really enjoyed the nice touch with "good night chcocloate" at the door every night + the "towel-dog" that was waiting by the bed every day.

As for the resort itself:
First of, the place is clean. All pathways, pool area, toilets and common areas inndoors and outdoors. The landscaping throughtout the resort is well maintained, wich enhances the total experience. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which is great for adults and kids (1.5m dept), the poolbar was great (although there should have been more than one barkeeper. One of the days we waiting for over half an our for our drinks. Just a small hick up, but definitely something to improve on.). My 10 year old son enjoyed the gaming room (wich consist of two pool-tables, ping pong, a small kids area and a small movie theatre). Nothing fancy, but a nice place to drop by if you need a break from the heat and sun. We also had massage at the spa, which was also really nice. Proper 60min vietnamese massage from 760k vnd is a bargain! The resort is right by the beach with its own part for sun beds, a small stall where you can buy drinks, + the aqua garden for more food and drinks. The beach was really clean, as were the sun beds. We did not use any of the water activities, as the waves were fun enough. The wind usually picks up after noon. The wind is really nothing to worry about. It`s so warm there so the wind is just nice.

The restaurant Vista:
The buffet breakfast was really a highlight! So much to choose from! Cold dishes, warm dishes, many different types of juice and coffees, vietnamese food, western food, and chefs to make fresh pancakes, omulette, fried eggs every day. The dinner menu is diverse so we ate there every night for a week. Again, lots of different vietnamese food + western. Enough to pick from! Food was really good quality!

The service:
Everyone at the resort is so friendly, smiled and said hello or "xin chao" to us every day! The gardener, housekeeping, bartender, front desk, the pool boy, everyone! It`s small things like that that makes the total experience! The front desk and the waitresess at the restaurant were amazing! Helped us with tours, transport etc. The level of english-competence varies, but it did not matter to us because we got the help and service we needed and everyone was so friendly and serviceoriented! Great job by the staff!

We really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend families (or couples for that matter), to visit this resort!

Very pleased
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at the resort, room was extremely clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi available in the garden. Breakfast is tasty with a wide range of selection. The resort has direct access to the private beach. Overall, I highly recommend for your upcoming stay.

We had a truly lovely stay at The Cliff Resort & Residences. We stayed in a Garden Bungalow, and the location was perfect – the pool was just nearby and the beach was only a short walk away. It made our stay so easy and relaxing.

The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing seaside getaway!

Great overall experience.
Pros:

Excellent stay! We visited as a family in February 2026 and had a blast. Great service, beautiful views of the ocean, and very clean facilities. The kids loved the pool and the overall vibe was just peaceful. Highly recommend if you are visiting Phan Thiet!

Best experience ever for family vacation
Pros:

We spent 10 days at the cliff resort. The welcome by Kha and Nhu in the reception was fantastic. Huong was great at customer service and the best was Hai our room house keeping. Everyone was warm , polite and helpful. We had the best time with our 10 year old and look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend this place for the food and cleanliness.

Beautiful Family Resort
Pros:

Beautiful 5Star Resort including a wonderful buffet breakfast.
Amazing Views over the ocean could be anywhere in the world but in an amazing part of Vietnam. Mui Ne is absolutely the most beautiful location, with incredible beaches and resorts with amazing restaurants.

If you are a vegetarian, ask for the extra vegetarian menu in the restaurant. They have a great selection of vegetarian menus.
