No safe in the room. They kept forgetting to give me towel. They accused me of smoking weed in the room and got aggressive about it (I don’t touch the stuff I hate it) and didn’t get my deposit back they said I didn’t give one when I did

Golden Beach Hotel, Pattaya: Blot on Hospitality
Pros:

The hotel alleges false damages in the room 30-60 mins after key is deposited on check and demands compensation, eg it produced an old, soiled and stained pillow cover and demanded BHT 200 for laundry.

Breakfast is complimentary with room. The Indian Breakfast is unpalatable. Bhaturas, omellete, sausages, etc are cold and rubbery. There is no live counter to make eggs to order, heat sausages, etc. If a guest elects to switch to American Breakfast, shockingly, BHT 200 is demanded. Worse, BHT 200 is demanded for a Thai Guest even on Breakfast Coupon.

Items like Moisturiser, shaving kit, dental kit etc not provided.

Reception is unfriendly and uncooperative. It even refuses to provide change for BHT 1000.

Wifi is very unstable.

Theft of guest's belongings is usual. Rooms do not have a safe.

Overall, the Hotel is an apology and a blot on Hospitality Industry.

Avoid patronizing it if another option exists.

This hotel is very bad experience in my life I am indian pataya vendor.TIC Bangkok booked eight rooms in Golden Beach pataya hotel ,519/27 pataya 2 road,opposite pataya central mall,pataya city chonburi,thailand, wef check in 28/10/2025 and check out from this hotel all rooms date 30/12/2025 and all rooms keys accepted by the reception. However the receptionist after 2 hour of checkout prior departure of our bus,receptionist alleged 200 bht ad cost of laundry but room is very neat and clean so please this hotel is very bad experience in my life and hotel staff is very angry with my colleagues ,and room facilities are not available like light problems and mobile charging and cleaning Ness and more like dirty wash room

At check in were given lecture of various instructions of do's and don'ts and charges for any thing damaged or missing in the room rather than making us feel welcome

I traveled more than 5 time but this was worst experience I advise you to strictly avoid this hotel bed condition are not good washroom are very small and uncomfortable staff are very roud, before chek-in plz chek if any item broken for any colour on bedsheet you will be charged too much
