Schönes Spa, Management unprofessionell

Der Spa-Bereich ist neu und sehr schön, leider werden die Gäste nicht über die Spa-Etiquette informiert. Manche Gäste benutzen keine Dusche zwischen Saunagang und Besuch des Whirlpools. Ein Paar benutzte in der Sauna kein Handtuch/Badetuch. Die Lautstärke war sehr hoch.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht meines Aufenthaltes fand eine sehr laute Party im Rahmen eines Kongresses statt, die Musik dröhnte bis lange nach Mitternacht. Ich kontaktierte die Rezeption zwei Mal und der freundliche Mitarbeiter bot mir ein upgrade an (6. Stock statt 3. Stock), welches ich dankend ablehnte , da die Musik auch dort hörbar gewesen wäre. Von Seiten des Managments gab es keinen Kommentar/Entschuldigung, was ich als äußerst unprofessionell empfunden habe.

Sejurul a fost foarte placut!
Pros:

Amplasare foarte buna in centrul orasului Sinaia, aproape de telecabina! Micul dejun foarte bun si variat, camera si hotelul foarte curate, servicii de calitate la SPA si piscina (mi-a placut ca desi la piscina interioara exista un bar, in zona SPA este o camera de relaxare unde de poti si hidrata cu apa cu lamaie, fara cost. Totusi, daca accesul la piscina intra in costul camerei, accesul la SPA (saune, jacuzzi) este taxat separt: 60 ron/pers/3h

Totul a fost foarte frumos, mi-ar fi placut insa sa fie si serviciile SPA (saune, jacuzzi) incluse in costul camerei si nu taxate separat cu 60 ron/pers/3h. Alte hoteluri au acceste servicii incluse in costul camerei, dar este drept ca mai sunt si altele care taxeaza separat, in special dupa anumite ore.
De asemenea, mi-ar fi placut ca si parcarea sa nu se taxeze separat: 40 ron/zi.

Decent but not great

Good breakfast, good location, spa is great, service was great

Cons:

We paid a lot of money for air conditioned room and the air condition didnt work in all the hotel. The room was very hot even with windows open. Room was loud and have noises both feim inside and outside and this was the same for every room they tried to move us
