The two bed rooms are spacious.

In the middle of the night, around 4am people are coming back from clubs/love hotels and often scream around.

Central location hotel in Shibuya.
Pros:

The location is two minutes away from the center (Don Quijote, H&M, Shibuya crossing, etc.) It has two queen beds, and a private toilet. The hallway of each floor looks very nice. Easy to check in, with reception service that can store your luggage. Even though that it is located in a central location, it is still on the quieter side of Shibuya. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Black out curtains would be good, doors of the restroom are glass which makes it dangerous when you hit it. Walls are not sound proof, you can hear the cleaning or movement next door.

離車站有段距離，但樓下附近有小七跟全家，旁邊也有吉野家星巴克等餐廳可提供選擇，太累不曉得吃什麼的話還蠻方便的，不過晚上後面挺熱鬧（但感覺也很亂？）整體而言還不錯。
Pros:

看起來有翻新過，冰箱每天都會附兩瓶水很方便。

Cons:

冷氣無法微調，但至少冷氣算強

Was worst stay out of all hotels in 2 weeks
Cons:

Was promised late check out for no extra charge and then when checking out was charged for 3 hours
Too noisy outside and A/C too loud. Bathroom was like getting into a dampervan

Smallest room ever. Shabby. Won't recommend staying here. Great staff though.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

Cons:

We booked a double room based on the picture on the website. What we got however was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in. My wife and I had to sit on the bed and had to take turns to walk to the toilet.
Also, there was completely clear glass surrounding the shower and toilet. Why??? You had to pull blinds down for any degree of privacy but you could still see in.
The room looked shabby. The reception area was basic and unwelcoming. However the staff were excellent.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
PS This is the only negative review I have given of anywhere we have stayed.
