Excelente opción para pasar una noche en Tokio

La ubicación honestamente, y que estaba súper limpio. Muy fácil de hacer el check in

Location, location and location. You can’t find a best location than this one.
Pros:

Closer to Shibuya crossing and major attractions. They also have rooms with a small closet that is very helpful to add clothes and suitcases. The bathroom is a great size and they have showers instead od bathtub. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t have breakfast, but the family smart was across the hotel. We grabbed our first meal at the family smart before heading to the city.

Our room was in a terrible state. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom had the WORST urine smell. The bathroom is all glass windows so you need to put the blinds down for privacy. We didn’t the entire stay because the blinds rope were covered in mould. We told reception and they sent someone up to cover the smell up with cleaning products but it did absolutely nothing. There was bundles of hair on the floor when we arrived. The pillows are filled with little hard beads rather than a soft filling which made them extremely difficult to sleep on.

Pros:

Shibuya EN Hotel was in a central location with easy transport options. We enjoyed the bed, tv, and airconditioning in the hotel room. staff were great and very friendly and assistive. would stay again and recommend.

Pire hôtel au Japon.
Pros:

L'emplacement et c'est tout.

Tout le reste.
Personnel pas aidant.
La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos.
Chambre sale qui pue la cigarette.
Beaucoup de défauts : griffures au mur, tâches, poussiéreux.
Ils n'ont pas voulu garder nos valises (même en proposant de les payer) ...
Le service de laundry mat était off car dimanche.. (pas indiqué sur le site..)
Si vous êtes en couples , les toilettes sont ouvertes sur le le lit, avec 0 ou presque intimité.

Ça fait 2 semaines que je suis au japon, tout les hôtels étaient ouf et beaucoup moins cher.
Lui j'ai payé x3 pour un service et une qualité médiocre.
