NOT WORTH STAYING HERE
Pros:

Room had a strong smell of sewer....

Cons:

Bathroom sink valve had nothing but problems.... uncontrollable steaming hot water coming from the blue valve....house keeping would only leave 2 towels for 3 paid guests.....

Céntrico, agradable con buen precio beneficio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente a 3 calles de la catedral en una calle con poco transito, tranquila, los cuartos están bien en espacio y equipo

Cons:

No apto para personas con poca movilidad ya que hay que subir escaleras, pero para el resto es una buena opción en Morelia

Pésima atención a clientes en la recepción del hospedaje.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy limpias, bonitas todo bien pintado y recién remodelado.

Cons:

El personal que me atendió en la tarde tenía una pésima actitud de servicio y me cobró $400 pesos más por una persona a la que estaba reservada una habitación

Cons:

Nos hospedamos del 15 al 16 de septiembre y fue una pésima experiencia. Desde las 7:30 am comenzaron a remodelar el cuarto de al lado aún y cuando era día feriado ! imposible dormir. Instalaciones descuidadas, limpieza deficiente y trato indiferente del personal. No volvería ni lo recomiendo.

las habitaciones y el restaurante eran buenos

Cons:

que nuestra habitacion estaba abajo de la cocina del restaurante y simplemente era muy molesto que arrastraran muebles y no dejarán descanzar. Desde mi punto de vista esas habitaciones no deberían utilizarlas.
