Muy buena opción en el centro de Morelia
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima. Fuimos a un evento en el Centro y estaba a solo tres cuadras.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña. Incluso la cama se sentía más pequeña que una matrimonial habitual.

Very dissapointing
Pros:

The location is great, you have the city center walking with things to do and great places to eat. The room has a good size it was as described.

Cons:

This hotel was a real dissapointment, the attitude of all the people working there is terrible, they are not friendly at all, always treat you like they were doing you a favor. The room was not very clean, specially the kitchen part and the towels were old and torned. They said a stain one with make up and charged me for it. Also they have a very narrow stairs that make very difficult to go with bags and luggage. I had a conversation with the manager and he didnt care at all about the situation. Each day they would remove the towels and didnt replaced them , so we had to be asking and they were just making faces to us. Also there was no toilet paper, which we had to be asking too for. There was not a phone at the room so we had to be either going down or call from our personal phone to the front desk. On morning or internet would not work so I reported it when we left, when we returned in the evening it wasnt working yet, we reported it again and guess what? yessss the big attitude. "we did everything we can so just wait, there is nothing else I can do" . Staff just doesnt car. Also even though we stay in the "suite" which had very nice light we saw the rooms in the first flor do not have windows at all, they are very dark just FYI. So our stay got stressfull and not as relax as we hoped.

Das Zimmer klein, aber fein. Too Lage, ruhig und nah zum schönen Zentrum.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ein Traum, sehr köstlich.

Bien pero le falta mejoras.
Pros:

El patio central del hotel y la ubicacion.

Cons:

Limpieza de cuartos y baño, detalles del cuarto les falta poner detallada atencion en paredes, cables, muebles, para que los cuartos luzcan bien y no deteriorados.

La ubicación y el hecho de que tengan el estacionamiento muy cerca.

Cons:

El cuarto es muy pequeño, y hay mucho polvo en los muebles, en los buros y en la mesa donde estaba la cafetera había muchísimos ácaros de madera por la mala limpieza y ventilación de los cuartos.
