Un colchón un poco chueco, y las sábanas sin sintéticas, entonces se les pegan los pelos en la lavadora y al hacer el aseo, lo hablé y trataron de mejorarlo; yo recomendaría sábanas de algodón
Para subir es una escalera de caracol de 30 escalones, tengo 65 años, lo bueno que me ayudaron con la maleta
El desayuno excelente en calidad y precio
Las personas de recepción super amables

We felt very lucky to find this gem in downtown Morelia and wouldn't hesitate to go back!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was amazing and the room very comfortable. It is walking distance to anything you might need, including a corner store close by. The room came with a coffee pot, coffee and sugar etc., PLUS bottles of water. AND a safe, which we appreciated as we had large sums of money to pay our doctor there. I forgot to mention the wonderful terrace with comfy lounding space and TV which which was always available and appreciated.

Cons:

The only downside was the shower which did not work well at all. We reported it to the desk person and I am confident they will take care of it. It was probably only that room but it was either REALLY hot or REALLY cold. No mixing at all which made it quite impossible to use. They wanted to fix it immediately but we said not to bother as we were leaving the next day. They are really on top of things~

Muy buena opción en el centro de Morelia
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima. Fuimos a un evento en el Centro y estaba a solo tres cuadras.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña. Incluso la cama se sentía más pequeña que una matrimonial habitual.
