El lugar es muy acogedor, las atenciones por parte el personal es amable, siempre mantienen limpio. En general todo muy bien.

Buena opción para pasar una noche en familia.
Pros:

Una buena opción para estar en familia, nuestro objetivo era pasar la noche en Cocoyoc por un evento que tuvimos y lo que ofreció el hotel fue justo lo que requeríamos. La alberca calientita, habitaciones simples pero cómodas, ambiente familiar y el personal muy atento en todo momento.

Cons:

Las toallas... muy delgadas y se ven ya muy viejitas.
Los ganchos en la habitación son poquitos y de los que vienen en la sopa del súper o la tintorería.
