A deposit via PayPal for nonrefundable plan is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations may be canceled.


Spa & Pool access is available at an additional charge, unless included in room charge. Please note that children 3 years old and below cannot enter the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13 years and older may enter the fitness center.


We would like to announce that all the facilities in the pool area will be temporarily closed for regular maintenance.
The maintenance will be held on the following dates.
・From Monday, September 29, 2025 to Friday, October 3, 2025
・From Monday, March 2, 2025 to Friday, March 6, 2025
The fitness gym, bathing area with “Onsen” bath and locker rooms can be used during the above periods.
The swimming pool, dry sauna, Jet bath and steam sauna will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Incredible start to our honeymoon
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s in a convenient area for both train and bus services. Could not recommend this hotel more. The gardens are beautiful and unique. The restaurants and food are superb.

Cons:

There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

We had a memorable,peaceful and relaxing stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo.
Pros:

All staff are accomodating and friendly from the guards,front desk and housekeeping..They will assist in all your needs.Food were great as well.

Pros:

Staff was white glove service, with us all the way to our room and even came in to show us the view from our garden window. Only stayed 1 night and left early due to other obligations but was fantastic.

Beautiful 5 star luxury historic hotel
Pros:

Don’t let the location put you off this hotel - the extra time on the metro is more than worth the unique luxury experience.
From the moment you arrive you will receive 5 star service, the rooms are enormous and beautifully maintained. I loved the cleaver modern touches they have made while keeping the original style.
The garden is spectacular!
It’s popular with locals and tourists and I highly recommend.

The most amazing, unique, luxury hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

What an absolutely amazing hotel. We have never been any place so unique. The gardens alone are incredible, but the addition of the fog just makes it ethereal. Such a wonderful place to stay. We will plan more time here if and when we return to Tokyo.
