A deposit via PayPal for nonrefundable plan is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations may be canceled.


Spa & Pool access is available at an additional charge, unless included in room charge. Please note that children 3 years old and below cannot enter the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13 years and older may enter the fitness center.


We would like to announce that all the facilities in the pool area will be temporarily closed for regular maintenance.
The maintenance will be held on the following dates.
・From Monday, September 29, 2025 to Friday, October 3, 2025
・From Monday, March 2, 2025 to Friday, March 6, 2025
The fitness gym, bathing area with “Onsen” bath and locker rooms can be used during the above periods.
The swimming pool, dry sauna, Jet bath and steam sauna will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Der Garten ist wirklich schön, das war es aber auch schon.

Cons:

Es wirkt verlassen und viel zu groß. Eine Bar gibt es nicht mehr, wurde geschlossen. Schwer erreichbar wenn man mit ÖNV unterwegs ist und strategisch weit ab vom Schuss. Für die Sauna musste man extra bezahlen, was bei den hohen Preisen nicht fair ist

Another excellent stay!
Pros:

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo has always been one of my favorite properties in the world, and every visit reminds me why!

From its breathtaking gardens with an historic 15th-century pagoda to the museum-quality art throughout the expansive hotel, it’s no wonder this is Japan’s premier wedding destination, averaging 4.5 weddings a day.

The property’s staff were so gracious and created an incredible guest experience. It’s always a privilege to spend time here at Japan’s #1 wedding destination, even though I’ve been happily married for 20 years!

Cons:

Some of the furnishings are showing their age but I understand that updates are in progress. It would be nice to have USB and USBC chargers in the night stands. The city view room looks over a giant parking lot. Go for the Garden view.

Literie exceptionnelle. Très belle vue sur Tokyo que l’on peut vraiment apprécier grâce au mur vitré.

By far the best hotel in Tokio!
Pros:

Great and super professional hotel in a quiet corner of Tokio, with an amazing park to take an evening or morning stroll in. Probably the best park of Tokio and one of the most amazing Japanese gardens. Excellent staff too, always trying to help you in any way they can. I will certainly return.

Cons:

The hotel has amazing spa facilities, great to relax after a hard day’s work. However the hammam (or wet hot room) smelled a bit mouldy. I guess the combination of steam and wood makes it inevitable.

外資系にない安心感。
都内に住んでいるのに、年に一度泊まりたくなる感じは自分の中で相当大切なんです。変わって欲しくないし、個人的な希望ですが、インバウンドの団体は入れないで。ココは譲れないです。

ヨーロッパから戻って、お部屋もゆったり、景色もよく、都内にいながらゆったりとした気分で旅の続きを楽しんで体を休めたかったので、ありがたいホテルでした。
Pros:

同伴者が車椅子で　湯船の横に濡れていい椅子を一つ欲しいと伝えたら、シャワー室の中に椅子、ベッドの横で起きる時に捕まるスタンド、トイレで立つ時に両サイドに必要なスタンド、湯船に入る時に掴まれる固定式のバーなど、宿泊者が何で困るか、何をしてほしいかを一言で理解されており、自宅にいるような安心感でした。歴史があるだけでなく、お客様に本当に向き合った対応をされているホテルだなと、元気な時に利用していた時よりも、さらに好きなホテルになりました。ありがとうございました。
