That the corporation refused to acknowledge there was a an adult bed bug in my daughters bed on the morning of her college graduation.

Cons:

It was just sticky and gross in a lot of areas the water pressure was very little and the location just had to many people folded around the property like chairs felt very unsafe

Great place to stay just around the corner from the Prudential Center
Pros:

This property exceeded our expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the first-floor security desk, second-floor lobby, and on-site Starbucks. It was easy to use our room card to operate the front door and elevator. We stayed on the fifth floor facing the street and only noticed a little traffic noise, not to any bothersome degree; the windows seem to be well soundproofed. I'd guess the rooms on the other side are probably even quieter. Room was larger than expected and had a nice bed, desk, and small couch. Breakfast at the Starbucks was excellent and much better than a continental option, in our opinion. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Newark Penn Station, and the Prudential Center was only two minutes' walk away; it was great to avoid dealing with driving or public transit after the event. Several good food options are within a few minutes' walking distance: our favorite was the banh mi at Banh & Bo. We would definitely stay here again the next time we attend an event at the Prudential Center.

Cons:

We'd like to have more and larger towels available in the room, and the top bedsheet was slightly dusty. I was also accidentally charged for parking at the garage next door even though I didn't drive, which was easily resolved by Peter at the front desk--still, make sure to check your bill just in case.
