Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

My family and I traveled there to see a hockey game. From the time we pulled up to check in, the service was great. From the security to the receptionist at the desk. The hotel was clean and the room was comfy. Definitely will stay there again.

The politeness of the Staff members out weighed the bad
Pros:

I'm a regular customer at your estsblishment I love the fact that they serve breakfast now. MS. Hannah at the breakfast court was very respectful and polite we had a nice conversation. Mr. Sabastian was another respectful and polite person thank you keep being your respectful and spreading love😇

Cons:

Room 604 I always clean over all rooms I stay in when I turned the bed down to clean the sheet was covered with two long pieces of hair and the sheet had a large dirt stain on it, was very disappointed.

Great location for concert at Pru Center. Was able to get in/out safely on crosswalk which was awesome in 100 degree heatwave.

I probably wouldn’t stay here for a family vacay; it’s downtown Newark so I expected an inner city area.

Having to be awakened for free breakfast because my husband was told that the whole family had to come down at the same time to get the free breakfast. There isn't free parking. I wasn't told this upon arrival, but only saw on the incidentals bill 3 days later. I called for clarification with a less than professional person to explained the parking garage is for the prudential center and not for the hotel. NEVER MENTIONED TO ME...THE GUEST. Why would anyone stay at a hotel that doesn't have parking and you are a guest there. This is absolutely bananas. Then the hotel had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a room with 4 guest. Only to be questioned why we needed more towels and washcloths. DEFINITELY NEVER STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PARTICULAR MARRIOTT.
