Die Lage , zum Glück bin ich Berliner und solche Zustände gewohnt. Personal nicht so freundlich und hat mehre male versucht meine Kreditkarte doppelt zu belasten , selbst am Abreisetag , zum Glück hat da meine schutzfunktion geholfen .

Pros:

The location was very close to Newark Penn Station.

For breakfast, we could choose one entrée and one beverage, which was enough for us.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Bed bugs.
Pros:

There was nothing exceptional about my stay here aside from the downstairs security.

Cons:

The breakfast is advertised as being included, but it is not. It is sold à la carte. The location is terrible. Every time we stepped outside, locals told us to "be careful out here." We booked for 4th of July weekend, and housekeeping did not clean the room once. Worst of all, WE FOUND BED BUGS!!!! The assistant manager was so rude and nasty. I showed her proof of the bed bugs (pictures and videos), and she said they'll have to investigate on their own. WHAT DO YOU MEAN!! They did not switch my room because I booked through a third party, and I had to sleep in my car. All of that, and they denied me any compensation. Terrible.
