Friendly staff, comfortable room but no dining (dinner) facilities and the location was not pleasant
Pros:

Staff were nice and helpful/ Location was close to the airport so ideal for taxis etc. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No dinner / dining facilites, which meant that you had to eat out. Problem was the location / area was not nice and I did not feel safe walking around the area in the evening. The price per night was too high and did not reflect the total value of the experience. No bottle of water in the room although I'm a Marriot Member. Sound proofing in the room was not great ie you could hear the traffic outside.

Excellent and in a good location.
Pros:

I liked how convenient it was located to the Prudential Center, the room was quite spacious and everything felt and worked well.

Cons:

Underneath the second shelf in the shower there is mold growing which I only noticed when I dropped my shampoo. That wasn't very good to see.

Rude staff and a breakfast we paid for but never received
Pros:

I stayed here with my family of four for three nights. The location is fine and the rooms are acceptable, but the staff made this one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had, and we travel a lot.

We booked through Booking.com with breakfast included for all four of us. At check-in, the receptionist told us breakfast was NOT included. When we asked for help, her attitude was “not my problem, go contact them.” She eventually gave us vouchers but warned that our credit card would be charged if it turned out breakfast wasn’t covered.

The breakfast itself was a letdown. The hotel advertises a proper breakfast, and we paid about roughly US $100 per night (around CA $140 a day) for breakfast alone.

For two mornings, the only option was a bacon and egg sandwich as the chef wasn't in, and there was nothing else to eat at all. The receptionist offered no apology, no food, and no refund, only that we could wait two hours for a manager. The restaurant staff member rolled his eyes at us as we walked in, though we had said nothing.

Things go wrong at hotels. What made this stay so bad was that nobody seemed to care. I would not stay here again.

Cons:

Staff. Probably the worst I have ever seen.
Breakfast was terrible.

The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that you have to pay for parking is ridiculous! I have never stayed at a hotel where you have had to pay for parking! It’s $38 a day, and they don’t even offer a discount.

Cons:

I am a person with a disability and use a wheelchair. During my stay at the hotel, I was unable to safely access the hotel because there was no adequate accessible route for wheelchair users.

I was forced to leave the hotel and use the main street in front of the property in order to get around. Unfortunately, there was also no accessible ramp for people with disabilities on the street, which made the situation extremely difficult and unsafe for me.

As a guest with a disability, I expected the hotel to provide safe and accessible accommodations. The lack of accessibility significantly affected my stay and prevented me from using the property safely and comfortably.

I am requesting that the hotel take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund for my stay. I would also appreciate a written response explaining how this accessibility issue will be addressed to prevent other guests with disabilities from experiencing the same problem

Clean beautiful room and very nice welcoming staff!
Pros:

I love the parking garage, the hotel is super clean and beautiful from the lobby to the room. The staff was so so nice. I did not catch their names but the woman and man working the desk at around 11am 9/11 were the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered! The cleaners said good morning and were all so nice. Even the parking attendants were nice! I felt very welcomed. You get 1 free drink and 1 breakfast item per guest from the starbucks in the lobby as your breakfast! The ac works great in the room and the tv had cable, youtube, and netflix. It was such a pleasant experience. My second time staying here and was great both times.
