期待はずれでした。

Cons:

・朝食時にスムージーが置いてないことに何の説明もない。聞いて初めて今作っていますとの返事ではおもてなしとは言えないのではないでしょうか。
・エレベータホールから部屋へ行く角にホテルのフェイシャルタオルが落ちていて家族が危うく転倒しそうになった。そのことを後程電話で受付に伝えた際に男性からは謝辞もなく事務的な対応だったのには心底がっかりしました。

Best value, very clean, and super happy to have stayed here. Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Very very clean rooms. Staff is awesome. Highly knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and goes way out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome. Bed is super clean and comforter is fluffy warm. Loved that there's a HEPA air purifier in every room. BTW breakfast is very traditional Japanese and is fantastic - great value with lots of different items. Extremely happy with stay here.

Cons:

Can't knock them for it but personal preference for vinyl hard flooring instead of carpet. But the carpet is very clean.

Good hotel, close to transportation.
Pros:

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station. The rooms had storage space for suitcases and clothes. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show its age.

羽田空港からの直通バスが止まるバス停の真ん前、そして 柏駅に近く、デパートやお店も多く とても便利な場所にあるし、申し分ないホテルです。

駅に近いので移動も快適
夕日の時間に富士山が照らされてとても綺麗でした！
