Pros:

Spokojne położenie, blisko starówki, bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Trafiłam na studniówkę. Pomimo ochrony pilnującej dość dobrze korytarzy hotelowych to w pokojach niektórych po 22giej było bardzo głośno.

Kelnerka w Restauracji nie potrafiła odpowiednio zareagować na komentarz innego gościa na temat potrawy. "ja tego nie przygotowywałam" nie jest profesjonalnie.

Excellent hotel and service ,delicious food in the restaurant, nice music and cosy ambience.
Pros:

Great service overall , my wish for a bath robe and a quiet place has been granted. Very pleasant staff including cleaning ladies. Good shower pressure and comfortable room.

Cons:

only one complain: coffee at the breakfast bar on the first floor is not very good. The bar downstairs however has an excellent coffee.

Hotel super, obsługa recepcji wymaga szkolenia w zakresie podejścia do klienta
Pros:

Niesamowite miejsce dla podróżnych, niskie ceny, super lokalizacja, pokoje o wysokim standardzie. Restauracja przedstawia wyszukane i bardzo smaczne propozycje dań.

Cons:

Bardzo przykro było być pomijanym w recepcji. Ja rozumiem, że obsługując Klienta, poświęcamy mu całą uwagę, natomiast lekceważenie !!!
i brak odpowiedzi na grzeczne zapytanie kolejnego klienta bardzo zraniło mnie osobiście i mam duży żal.
