Great stopover location; accommodation is acceptable though road noise is prevalent

Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay. Takimg into account the checking in debaucle, we did not have the energy to complain.&

Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Rooms had nice balconies. Beds were comfortable but room was hot. No air conditioning, no screens on windows - very large black flies. Food in restaurant was very good. Nice pizza oven! Breakfast was outstanding. Parking was a challenge but not insurmountable.

Ottimo hotel , posti stupendi

Despite a late arrival, the folks at zur Sonne opened their doors and hearts to us. They cooked us up a pizza and poured some wine. Best stay!

Great location in the mountains of south Tirol with easy access to highway near Bolzano. The on-site restaurant is great!

Soggiorno positivo, ottima colazione

L'hotel è situato sulla SS241 da dove si può raggiungere facilmente Bolzano ed altri paesini circostanti, tra cui il comune di Nova Levante dove c'è il Lago di Carezza. Nel costo del pernottamento è compresa una mini spa con sauna docce e zona relax. La colazione è molto variegata. Per la cena consiglio i piatti tipici locali. Hanno anche un'ampia scelta di pizze ma io non ho mai provato. È tutto molto pulito, accogliente e il personale è disponibile per cercare di soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Materasso comodo, cuscino insufficiente.
Doccia spaziosa e con buon getto d’acqua.
Pulizia da migliorare nei dettagli (es capello e piccole macchie sul lenzuolo).
Mancanza di appoggi per valigie.
Buona la colazione con discreta scelta.
Hotel comodo per raggiungere la città di Bolzano.
Gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia al limite.

Property is not in a city. It’s pleasant to see mountains through your window, to hear river running.
Also hotel has a very nice sauna complex.

Struttura recentemente rinnovata, camere spaziose e confortevoli, buon ristorante. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Beautiful area! Our only problem was in finding the place as the address didn’t work well with our GPS. But once we did, it was great!
