Decent overnight stay - convenient restaurant.
Pros:

Onsight parking and restaurant were convenient. Breakfast options were decent, although we came near the end of the timeslot and so there were fewer options. The beds were comfortable and AC welcome.

Cons:

Two of the rooms smelled slightly like cigarette smoke - I had not thought to look at whether smoking was allowed when I booked. Service was generally gruff.

Très bel hôtel avec SPA
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel qui s'adapte à nos demandes (espace SPA ouvert plus tôt pour nous car nous avions eu froid à notre arrivée sous la pluie en moto)

Cons:

The food is of poor quality, the salad is not fresh, which caused poisoning. The serving staff cleans the table surface with the palm of their hand (without a disinfectant cloth), thus preparing the table for the next visitor to the cafe, basic hygiene is lacking everywhere. There is no basic air ventilation in the rooms, it is stuffy.

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per muoversi tra Bolzano e la Val d’Ega. Offre la colazione a buffet e un servizio ristorazione fino a tarda sera. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Struttura un po datata e che non rientra tra i miei gusti personali ma pulita e ordinata. Le bevande calde della colazione venivano fatte con una macchina automatica e non al bar.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad war groß und hatte Dusche und Badewanne

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes. Man musste auch ständig fragen, ob fehlende Sachen nachgelegt werden. Das Personal war nicht offen unfreundlich. Aber deutlich von der Arbeit genervt. Kein freundliches Wort bei An- und Abreise. Außerdem hat man uns bei der Abreise Dinge berechnet, die wir gar nicht bestellt hatten
