Pros:

Большой светлый номер. Удобная планировка. Окна открываются. Завтрак достаточно обильный

Двери шкафа, скрипят и цепляются. Стеклянная перегородка в ванну не удобна. На простыни было пятно. Кондиционер не холодил. Хорошо был дождь и не было жарко на улице. Открыли окна. Написали в перечне бара, 2 сока, чипсы и орешки. Этого не было по факту. Не знаю как считали бы, если бы мы сами не проверили бар. Сказали, в ресторане, что плов- фирменное блюдо. Но мясо оказалось очень сухим и жестким. Во всей гостинице пахнет спа зоной из подвала. Спа зона «убитая», полна детей, видимо сдается сторонним посетителям. Ходить в такую желания нет.. Персонал просто выполняет свою работу..

К сожалению, отель очень разочаровал. Когда-то уже останавливались здесь, и тогда впечатления были совершенно другими. Сейчас качество заметно ухудшилось.

Заплатили почти 49 000 тенге за ночь с завтраком, но завтрак оказался откровенно слабым. Арбуз был несвежим, баклажаны — подгоревшими, тостер практически не работал, а сок больше напоминал самый дешевый порошковый напиток. За такую стоимость ожидаешь хотя бы качественные продукты и нормальный сервис, а не подобную экономию.

Отдельно хочется отметить обслуживание. Официанты ходили с недовольными лицами, создавалось ощущение, что гостям здесь не рады.

Самое неприятное — чистота номера. Мы заселились 18 июля, но в номере лежали чеки с датой 16 июля, а также валялись орехи на полу. Складывается впечатление, что после предыдущих гостей уборка была проведена очень поверхностно или вовсе не проводилась. Мы были с маленьким ребенком, поэтому чистота для нас особенно важна.

Очень жаль, потому что раньше этот отель действительно нравился. Сейчас же соотношение цены и качества совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям. За почти 49 тысяч тенге хочется получать чистый номер, хороший сервис и достойный завтрак. Пока, к сожалению, рекомендовать этот отель не могу.

it difficult for us to recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. Unfortunately, this was the only aspect that fully met our expectations.

Cons:

Outdated rooms and facilities

The hotel feels quite old, and the rooms look worn and somewhat dirty. It is obvious that much of the furniture and equipment have not been renovated or replaced for many years.

Difficult access with luggage

The entrance is very inconvenient for guests traveling with heavy luggage. There is a steep staircase with no ramp, making it extremely difficult to carry suitcases. No assistance with luggage was offered.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping was infrequent, and we would have appreciated the room being cleaned more often during our stay.

Breakfast

The breakfast was very basic and below our expectations. It was acceptable but certainly nothing special.

Bathroom issue

The bathroom had a significant problem. Every time we took a shower, water leaked through the large gaps between the glass panel and the floor, leaving the entire bathroom floor flooded afterward, even when the shower was used carefully.

Poor handling of an early departure

The most disappointing part of our stay was how our early departure was handled. We had booked seven nights but needed to leave a few days earlier. We requested a partial refund for the unused nights, but the hotel told us to contact Booking.com because the reservation had been made through their platform. Booking.com then directed us back to the hotel. After being sent back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com without any resolution, we eventually gave up and accepted the financial loss.
