I stayed for 2 nights based on the Booking rating. But breakfast was under the average.
Pros:

I stayed for 2 nights based on the Booking rating. Although the hotel is not too bad in terms of price-performance, I would like to make two suggestions to the management: improve the breakfast and pay more attention to hygiene. There were even stains visible on the restaurant tables. With a few simple improvements, the hotel could achieve a much higher rating.

Overpriced for bad location and average facilities
Pros:

The staff is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. The people at the reception were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

1) the location: not a safe neighborhood
2) no ramp: we had to carry the stroller because the second entrance didn’t have a ramp, only stairs
3) weird smell in the room we were staying, we had to keep the windows open
4) the suite was just a room with a small divider
5) cleaning was irregular

По номеру все хорошо, завтрак нормальный, есть стоянка для авто

Так как заехали поздно, решили поужинать в ресторане при отеле.Все хорошо, только меню небольшое и ценник явно завышен в ресторане при отеле

Чисто, светло, удобный матрас и без запаха. Вкусные омлеты на завтрак. На тв есть приложение Salem, всю ночь смотрела казахстанские сериалы 👍
