I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel.

The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. Their restaurant is on the 18 the floor and can be more of an attraction to bring in more customers. The view from the restaurant covers a wide area at 180 degrees. They can do better decoration & lighting as well. Other than that, very good and I would go back there once again.

The room is big but the furniture was old and consumed and the bathroom door was broken and I called the reception and a worker was sent for repair. Unfortunately, the buffet is limited in options, but the chef is helpful and brings everything we ask for.

Unfortunately, this hotel is really run down, in massive need of renovation, and all services need upgrading. The room should have been beautiful - the furniture is rustic and authentic and the room was huge; a suite! But everything was filthy - i didn't want to take my shoes off; the bathroom was in a state of disrepair and very much gave the impression of not being hygienically clean. And complementary breakfast absolutely cannot be given a compliment. Nearby restaurant options are very limited. Unfortunate all round because I was really looking to staying in this hotel, but now i would only recommend to those looking for a budget overnight stop and nothing more.

I came with some business details in my trip the worst thing i encounter is that the internet in the hotel was really bad it doesnt stay 20 min in connection then disconnect and i suffered with this during my trip.

This is all about location location location, it’s in a rough area, nothing nearby without a walk through poor dusty roads. Hotel priced accordingly.
Food is adequate basic stuff in a very simple dining area reminiscent to a works canteen.

Staff are nice, but room decoration is old and many broken items (e.g. shower, faucet, shower glass door)

Great in their hospitality with less prices and excellent facility.

Great hotel for stay among 3 star hotels with good facilities and good location.they offer great breakfast with wonderful service and friendly team.my next visit will be with them and great location for friends and families.

This is a three star hotel at best trying very hard to be more than what it is. The reception and staff were wonderful and they get five stars, but the amenities and clear lack of maintenance is really letting this hotel down. The rooms are extremely spacious but let down by the tiny bathroom and cracks in the ceilings. The roofs are high which makes the extraordinary low furnishings - from the bed to the lounge - stand out. I happened to venture to the 19th floor looking for the unmarked fitness center and the place had remnants of a hair salon, with more low chairs stored along with shisha instruments. The pool area was clearly unmaintained and it felt eerie and as though I was looking at what could have been if it was properly cared for. The place feels stuck in the 70s. The fitness centre was found on the 3rd floor and most of the equipment was broken or not working. Even some of the dumbbells were not matched! The bench was torn. Again, caught in memories of what once was. The breakfast buffet was good, though the coffee is instant and I’d forgotten how bad instant coffee was until I was sadly reminded. I wouldn’t recommend this place although it was okay - it really needs some love and attention.

My father with a colleague of his stayed at The Le Jazz Kuwait. And did he love his stay! On a business trip, it was important for him to have a quick and hassle free stay. Begining from the time he arrived which was early in the morning and way before check in time, he was allowed a seamless check in by the reception staff. More so, he was offered am extra free breafast the same day. Such is the co-operation and pleasant service of the hotel staff! The rooms were bigger than most hotels he had stayed in, with a sitting for dinning and sofas for relaxation. For the breakfast, it had a decent variety and was delicious.
All in all, the hotel services and rooms are totally worth the price paid and more!

I would not call this a 4-star hotel by international standards, but it suited me, as I wanted to be in Hawally. I had a large quiet room with large comfortable bed, and adequate curtains to keep out the heat and light. Basic cleanliness was good (bed, toilet, wash basin) but odd details let it down - grime on the aircon switch, and in the grooves where the shower doors slide. Shower doors do not close fully, but this need not be a problem, as it easy to keep the spray away from the open edge. There is a kettle provided, and a fridge (empty), so you need your own tea/coffee equipment. There is a supermarket nearby for milk etc. The breakfast buffet is good as long as you don't expect 4-star standards. Omelettes are cooked fresh on demand. The coffee machine was broken, so only instant coffee (or tea) for breakfast. The restaurant is at the top of the building, with good views over the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The aircon was noisy, but I was able to sleep without it on. The airport pick-up and drop-off service worked perfectly. As an older single lady, I felt safe in the hotel, and in the surrounding area.
