Pros:

حصلت على غرفة مطلة على الكويت وموقف للسيارة في القبو وسأعاود الحجز معهم.

Cons:

وصلت للفندق وعاينت الغرف وكانت جاهزة ومكيفة ولكن عند التفاوض مع موظف الاستقبال على السعر رفض الخصم . بعد خروجي والبحث عن فنادق قريبة عبر booking وجدت نفس الغرف في نفس الفندق معروضة بسعر اقل ب 20%، فحجزت أونلاين وعدت إليهم.

لكن اعطوني غرف مختلفه والمزعج في الأمر أنهم لم يشغلوا التكييف إلا عند تسليم المفتاح، مما جعل الغرف شديدة الحرارة في البداية. تجربة تحتاج إلى تحسين في التعامل والجاهزية.
