BED BUGS disgusting Be warned

Dirty infestation BED BUGS
Was offered two other rooms. Both had blood spots on mattresses and bed boards. Clear sign of infestation. Now I have had to move hotel pay to get all washing laundered to try to kill any bugs. I have had to pay to get spray for luggage and chemist for antihistamines and cream. So far two nights of restless sleep due to itching. Disgusting hotel and staff at reception were rude and unhelpful. Complained to booking.com who have been far from helpful, advice don’t use either service

Загалом задоволена проживанням, хоч і є мінуси
Pros:

Привітний персонал, дуже чисто, зручне розташування, смачна кухня

Cons:

Вікна без сіток, через це багато комарів. Незручні лабіринти-коридори, щоб дібратись до номеру, немає ліфту. Немає табличок «не турбувати» і тд. В номері віддає сирістю. Не працював світильник на столі.

Однозначно рекомендую, зупиняюсь щотижня на декілька днів по роботі, вибір не змінюю.
Pros:

Сподобалась чистота, ввічливий персонал, наявність смачних сирників на сніданок, але найбільше - тиша. Готель розташований таким чином, що звук вулиць та автомобілів не заважатиме. Подобається наявність одномісного номера, зручно і бюджетно. Ну і загалом, останнім часом знижки просто неймовірні, висока якість за дуже низьку ціну.
