Mike was awesome and stood out as someone that really cares about customers and their stay.
Pros:

Free amenities, location as everything you need is within walking distance, beach area is less crowded than heading either north or south from that area and room(although not huge) adequate to sleep in as that was all we needed it for....we are there to enjoy the beach!!!!

Spring Break week in Fort Lauderdale the room was completely over priced.
Pros:

The location was very close to the beach and a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Room was very small and felt like something out of the 1960’s. Parking was terrible, very small lot we could only open one door at a time. Plus they charge me an extra $30.00 to park.

Look elsewhere, not worth the money

Dirty room, obvious that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Leftover food in the fridge, dirty towels hanging up and hair all over. Overall it feels old and tired, dirty. Paint can only do so much

Cons:

Nobody available on the property after 6 Pm.
Storage of clothing inadequate and watersupply in shower poor and faulty temp control of warm and cold water.
There is no common toilette in the hotel. So I had to go to the near buy restaurant after the checkout.

This place worked well for the one night stay needed after a cruise.
Pros:

It is in a walkable area to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They allowed us to store our luggage after getting off a cruise ship early in the morning until our room was ready that afternoon. The room was fairly clean. Suitable for a one night stay.

The building needs some major updating.

My room was very tiny and when I booked i was not aware of it & when i asked if they had a bigger room he just said you got what you paid for and continue to tell me that the other rooms were much more $ and he didn’t have any left I could cancel the reservation but wouldnt be able to get a refund
