Hollywood Beach Flamingo

La struttura può decisamente migliorare.
Gli utensili da cucina sono integrati nel prezzo ma dovrebbero essere già nell'alloggio. Il fornello a induzione non funzionava o non sono stata capace di accenderlo. Solo faceva rumore d'allarme sulla spia accesa e dopo 20 minuti ho rinunciato.
Anche la colazione può migliorare sia di orari che di qualità del cibo. Chiudere alle 9.15 la sala è troppo presto se la gente è in vacanza, e i contenitori in inox potrebbero avere le etichette per capire cosa è cosa... (acqua, caffè...)

Me encantó el alojamiento,el único problema fue que te piden un depósito de $100 que no avisan cuando se reserva y se supone que cuando termine tu estancia te lo devuelvan y no lo han devuelto y ya hace más de don semanas que salí del alojamiento.Y tengo videos de todo el alojamiento antes de salir,tengo pruebas de que dejé absolutamente todo en las mismas condiciones en que lo encontré.Y lo dejé súper limpio que hasta la basura la saqué yo misma.Tambien tengo videos de cuando dejé la llave.Tengo pruebas de todo.

Local do café, péssimo

Had to request glasses and cups not in units asked it to be delivered to my room. I waited for two days. I did not receive them. I had to go back to the front desk and get them myself, lacking furniture, nightstands, comfy chair, etc. For the price of the unit, I would expect daily housekeeping instead of every third day. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, cereals bread and bagels no waffle maker or egg station again for the price I would expect to get a better breakfast service with a huge advertising of breakfast included was disappointing, check in was very hectic and overwhelmed with as many units they had and took quite a bit of time and was chaotic one washer and dryer for the the whole facility and dryer seem to be worn out and took several cycles to dry

Check-in was terrible. Booked in one hotel, but our room was in another.

The so-called "hotel" is part of a collection of 3 such "hotels", that is old tiny houses converted into motels. Unit assigned was not the one reserved. It was horrible, minimalist, very sad and depressing within and outside the room. There were no kitchenette utensils (not even a glass) and no toiletries (just 2 tiny soap bars 1 in x 2 in x 1/4 in!!!). The internet worked only a fraction of the time. The price was outrageous (not worth even half of what was charged). They even charged an additional ~ $20.00/night for parking on the premises!
Staff was disagreeable and unhelpful. All in all, a terrible experience. We wonder why booking.com would even offer such an accommodation.
