Had to request glasses and cups not in units asked it to be delivered to my room. I waited for two days. I did not receive them. I had to go back to the front desk and get them myself, lacking furniture, nightstands, comfy chair, etc. For the price of the unit, I would expect daily housekeeping instead of every third day. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, cereals bread and bagels no waffle maker or egg station again for the price I would expect to get a better breakfast service with a huge advertising of breakfast included was disappointing, check in was very hectic and overwhelmed with as many units they had and took quite a bit of time and was chaotic one washer and dryer for the the whole facility and dryer seem to be worn out and took several cycles to dry

Check-in was terrible. Booked in one hotel, but our room was in another.

The so-called "hotel" is part of a collection of 3 such "hotels", that is old tiny houses converted into motels. Unit assigned was not the one reserved. It was horrible, minimalist, very sad and depressing within and outside the room. There were no kitchenette utensils (not even a glass) and no toiletries (just 2 tiny soap bars 1 in x 2 in x 1/4 in!!!). The internet worked only a fraction of the time. The price was outrageous (not worth even half of what was charged). They even charged an additional ~ $20.00/night for parking on the premises!
Staff was disagreeable and unhelpful. All in all, a terrible experience. We wonder why booking.com would even offer such an accommodation.

I didn’t like that the room smelled of smoke upon entry. The headboard had something white, (that I don’t even wanna think about), smeared across it. The floor had not been mopped; There were bare foot prints on the floor. The kitchen counter had crumbs on it, the door was very dirty & needs a deep cleaning along with the walls. There was a random piece of white painted wood in the kitchen in the space of what I’m guessing would’ve been the dishwasher… pretty tacky! The washcloth that was in the bathroom for guest use had a yellow stain on it. There were also shelves missing and nails sticking out of the closet furniture. The tv was rigged up in the back, with wiring that caused it to not be rotational, defeating the purpose of having a living area because the picture would scramble if you it was moved. The blinds were none functional. I had to manually turn each one to open them. The curtains should be part of the laundry when servicing the rooms… I’ll leave it at that! Oh, and don’t miss the sign in the kitchen to request basic utensils, glasses, bowls, etc. if you need them, never mind the fact that the room came with a full kitchen… parking is a bit of a headache because the spaces are really tight and people are inconsiderate, so they park over the lines and restrict you from entering your vehicle or even parking by your room… Also, parking is $20 a day & mandatory, so be sure to plan for parking as well or you’ll be towed.

I reported a broken window 1 hr after arriving. Someone came to check on it but nothing was communicated w/ me or no notes were added to my acct. Once of the female managers made me feel like no one was aware of the situation two days later and she questioned if l was telling the truth. That had sme worried my entire stay. NOT GOOD!
I also had a toilet that didn't flush and needed repair but this was fixed asap.

They changed my property, they didn't give me what I reserved.
Aside from that, the reception staff are shitty, they have a disgusting attitude.

Con artist and liars at this hotel try to get every kind of money they can out of you rude and nasty front check-in lady at night she was rude she needs to be fired this hotel is terrible do not stay here do not waste the money and read the reviews because every review on there that says it's crap is completely correct.
