very new updated suite nicely renovated from our first stay 20 years ago ! exceptionally large for London- very pleasant to come "home " too

Zimmer nicht pünktlich fertig.
Pros:

Sehr Zentrale Lage, schönes klimatisiertes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
Ein früherer Check in war zu dem Zeitpunkt leider nicht möglich, was total verständlich ist. Als wir allerdings um 15:00 Uhr wieder kamen, war unser Zimmer immer noch nicht fertig und wir mussten noch länger warten.

Excelente alojamiento cerca de todo
Pros:

La ubicación, a menos de 200 mts de un parada de subte, y de una calle con lugares para comer. Y cerca del hyde park.

Cons:

El sillón cama no es tan cómodo.

Location perfect, clean, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was perfect to get to where we needed to. It was clean and tidy and although the rooms were small they were perfectly formed providing all the amenities we needed
The aircon strength was fabulous and much needed for a trip to London in a heatwave!

Pros:

Breakfast was basic, was expecting hot option... Service excellent. Rooms too small and desk chair too big for size of room. Shower wet tge entire bathroom floor every use. Toilet didnt flush( seemed like a refill issue). Had to wait a few minutes. Blue glow from air con was very bright. Rooms lovely and cool, and bed comfy. Breakfast and no bar were the let downs for us.

Our family's second year in a row at this hotel, but the location is absolutely great 😎

The hotel team was amazing from the time I booked until the moment we left.Polite and accomodating.The room was spacious,clean and quiet.I loved the marble bathroom,the comfortable bed, satellite TV, excellent air-conditioning system.Great view from third floor.When we arrived they had left a birthday note for my daughter and the room was filled with balloons.It was a wonderful surprise!The kitchen staff at breakfast room were very polite and although I had read a few bad reviews about breakfast,during the days I stayed breakfast was more than decent and everything was fresh and tasty.The location was exceptional.One minute walk from Bayswater station and two minutes walk from Queensway station.We were literally two minutes away from Hyde Park, many cafes,supermarkets and restaurants.Also at check out there was a luggage room that we could leave our luggage and continue exploring London before we go to the airport.Thank you La Suite West team.We will definitely come back.

Cons:

When we arrived there was a musty,damp odor on the third floor and in our room which wasn't that bad after we opened the windows.(But I know that in London this is very common)I only mention this to keep it in mind and check for mold or maybe ventilate the rooms and corridors more frequently.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä lähellä kahta metroasemaa. Siisti. Hyvä sänky ja petivaatteet. Tilava suihku ja bidee-suihkusta pöntön vieressä iso plussa. Ilmastoinnista huoneessa plussaa.

Cons:

Huoneemme oli alimmassa kerroksessa ja pienestä ikkunasta näkyi vain rumia putkia, koneita. Kokolattiamatosta en pitänyt. Hieman tunkkainen huone. Lapsella särki päätä siellä ollessa.
