Better than most
Pros:

Location is perfect
Rooms are modern and well decorated
Staff were welcoming
Accessible with prams with their lifts and ramps
Water left everyday in the room which was a nice touch

Cons:

The pillows were awful, 1 each and old and over used so had gaps they were very uncomfortable

Can’t open windows room was stuffy and hot even with aircon on

Amazing stay, extremely close transport connections and great restaurants nearby!
Pros:

Room was amazing and location was exceptional, it has hyde park, queensway and bayswater underground stations nearby which is super convenient.

Cons:

A couple of noisy guests (very minor) but the staff and team handled it perfectly

Pros:

Die Lage war großartig. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig.

Das Sofabett für die Kinder war sehr durchgelegen. Es hat teilweise lange gedauert bis das Wasser zum Duschen warm wurde.

Nous avons été très mal accueilli. J’avais réservé une chambre supérieure double en principe de 19m2 (500 euros pour deux jours) et il m’a été attribué une toute petite chambre.
