la facilité de descendre au spa depuis la chambre.

Cons:

j'ai été très surprise quand le 2ème jour ma chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. En me renseignant à la réception, la dame me dit c'est normal, nous nettoyons les chambres que tous les 2 jours !!!!!!!
J'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel !!!!!!!

Un paradiso naturale unico in un hotel progettato da uno dei maestri dell architettura moderna con le terme all interno.
Pros:

Posizione paradisiaca, architettura della struttura, avere terme e SPA nell’ albergo, comodità per la stazione del trenino e punto di partenza di bellissime passeggiate, ottima colazione in una sala panoramica.

Cons:

Le varie mail inviate prima dell arrivo erano inutilizzabili: prive dei link per ottenere lo sconto turisti 50% per il costoso trenino, impossibile fare check on line etc. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa ma hanno rimandato le stesse mail. In struttura su nostra ferma richiesta hanno poi però risolto e abbiamo avuto il rimborso dei soldi per il trenino ( non si può arrivare con la macchina)

Prachtig ligging en heerlijk eten

Ligging is uitstekend en de keuken is zeer goed

Cons:

Electra langs het bed doet het niet en de kamer heeft te weinig handdoeken klaar liggen en de douche is heel klein

Les messages avec liens pour remplir le check in étaient supprimés. Impossible de parler avec une personne de l hotel à ce sujet. Nois avons rempli un formulaire...et avons reçu a nouveau la demande de check in avec les liens non fonctionnels... /nous aurions gagné du temps a notre arrivée

Ich hatte bei der Buchung (via Booking) nicht aufgepasst: das Zimmer war ein Duplex mit einer internen Treppe, für mein rechtes Knie nicht zu bewältigen. Verfügbar war nur ein Zimmer mit Dachschräge im vierten Stock, das uns gar nicht gefiel. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Die Rezeption zeigte sich unflexibel: weil wir via Booking gebucht hätten und nicht direkt, könnte man uns nicht entgegenkommen. Der bereits abgebuchte Betrag von CHF 830 verfalle. Erwartet hätte ich im mindesten einen Gutschein für einen Teilbetrag für einen nächsten Aufenthalt. So wird es sicher nie wieder einen Aufenthalt geben.
