Ein wunderbaren Ort mit dem tollen Bota-Bad. Man fühlt sich danach wie neu geboren.
Pros:

Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Leider war der TV nicht programmiert und die elektrischen Sonnenstoren waren kaputt.

We booked two evening meals for a party of 9
Both evenings we had an unpleasant experience as waiter gave us conflicting information regarding our booking , what was inclusive and what was not . Upsetting and embarrassing
Second evening there was a glitch in the technology and before we were seated we were told we had to pay with cash ….. immediately ? No one had cash and as we were resident we felt that was unecessary.Everyone was stressed sitting for meal.After the meal we were asked to pay immediately .We did not return to the dining room .There was no apology and no approach from management.

Pros:

Aussicht, Zimmer, Spa, lecker gekochtes Essen und schönes Buffet morgens sowie abends.
Schön, dass die E-Mails schnell bearbeitet werden und man Events mitteilen konnte, welche dann auch auf dem Zimmer/Restaurant zelebriert hat.

Cons:

Bedienung am ersten Abend war Katastrophe im Restaurant!! Weg zum Spa für Rollstuhlfahrer im Bademantel ist nicht soo toll, Barierrefreiheit noch zu verbessern. Lift stark ausgelastet, mussten zum teil 10 Minuten warten, bis man Platz hatte mit Rollstuhl.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt bei der Gondel/Bahn, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit direktem unterirdischen Zugang zum Thermalbad. Wunderbares Frühstück. Grosses, bequemes Bett.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Rest war alles super.
