Location is fabulous but the room was still overpriced.

Spa and restaurants closed too early. Room was very simple. Food options were limited and very expensive. No coffee in the room.

Tolles Mineralbad. Grosse Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Kinderessen war von schlechter Qualität. Alternativ konnte man nur ein teures Menü für Erwachsene bestellen. Einen einzelnen Gang konnte man nicht bestellen- angeblich wegen der Kasse ?!
Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

2ème séjour dans un lieu magnifique

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité excellente des repas, la vue sur les montagnes

Cons:

Pas d'aération dans la petite salle de bains. Au lieu d'une fenêtre à forme géométrique (losange), j'aurai apprécié une baie vitrée de forme rectangulaire qui aurait permis une magnifique vue sur les montagnes.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de chaussons comme dans les autres hôtels spa de luxe.
C'est aussi dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne peut être servi qu'à partir de 07h30 la semaine.

Im Grossen und ganzen war es gut, vorallem der Wellnessbereich.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Nachtessen war zu viel.

Cons:

Das Bett. Die Matratzen waren zu klein für dieses Bett, sie sind die ganze Zeit gerutscht, was sehr störte.
Ich fand es schade, dass das Personal kaum Deutsch konnte im Restaurant Kaltbad.

노천탕 즐기기 좋은 깨끗한 호텔
Pros:

리기 산 중턱에서 스파를 즐길 수 있다는 점에서 추천합니다. 차를 타고 갈 수 없는 곳이라, 곤돌라나 산악기차를 타야 합니다만 그냥 Weggis에서 곤돌라 주차장에 주차하고 곤돌라로 올라가는 것이 제일 편합니다. 하루 전날 곤돌라 50% 할인권 등등을 온라인으로 보내주기는 하는데 크게 신경쓸 필요는 없습니다. 그냥 곤돌라 매표소에서 예약객 리스트를 갖고 있으므로 직접 가셔서 이름 확인 후 왕복 할인 티켓을 살 수 있습니다. 경치를 보며 깨끗한 시설에서 스파를 즐길 수 있고, 산도 좀 탈 수 있다는 점이 좋습니다. 개인적으로는 곤돌라 타기 전 아랫마을 Weggis가 아담하고 예쁘더라고요.

Cons:

스파 외에 등산, 하이킹 말고는 즐길거리는 딱히 없습니다. 미니골프(유료), 놀이터 등 어린이들을 위한 시설도 있지만 아주 세련된 느낌은 아닙니다. 하이킹 좋아하시면 여기를 거점으로 다니시면 시간 보내긴 좋고요. 스파도 실내탕과 연결된 노천탕 정도로 아주 크진 않습니다. 그저 멀리 산과 호수 보며 멍 때리고 쉰다 정도로 생각하시면 만족하실 것 같습니다. (호텔 자체가 3성급이라는 점을 감안하세요)

Super Personal. Sehr entspannend. Ich komme wieder!
Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig.
Kein Shampoo, Conditioner im Zimmer.
Im Wellness gibt es ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (zB laut schnatternde Gäste und Personal, kein Duschmittel in den Duschen, zuwenig Aufsicht, keine u80Grad Sauna)

Very relaxing break from the routine - and so close to Zurich.
Pros:

Nice location just next to the trains station, amazing views and of course the main attraction - access to Spa. Great food and super helpful staff.

Zeer aan te raden, heel fijn gehad op de Rigi berg.
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig! En het station van de Rigi Bahn: ongeëvenaard. Ook fijn restaurant, wel hoge prijzen.

Cons:

Helaas hoge prijzen, en ietwat verouderd interieur. Schoonmaak kan ook iets beter.
