Le sauna n’était pas utilisable (la température ne montait pas au-dessus de 40 degrés)

Davos Hilton my best of EU stays in 2026
Pros:

I really liked the staff there is a really good team who obviously likes each other and have the goal of visitors happiness. Felicce and Maki and Luca were very genial and helpful, and a joy to chat with. Besides that the wellness area was very nice after days of motorcycling we needed to relax and were very happy to have amenities. The room was super comfortable. I loved the pillows, the beds and bathroom were attended daily. This is possibly the best Hilton property I have visited. My faith in the brand is renewed.

Cons:

WHERES MY COFFEE?! I am not a stranger to travel, and it's not frequent that there is not a source of complimentary coffee. I really expected this from Hilton. I asked about this at the desk and I was surprised that they were taken back by the question. Davos was wonderful. We did order several espressos and cappuccino here they were great. I rated 10 of 10 anyway because I feel that other amenities made up for the absence of coffee.

המיקום מצוין.החדר מרווח נקי ונעים מאוד.ההתחשבות בכל צרכי שומרי שבת.המיטות רחבות ונוחות.

הזמנתי חדר קינג והיה כתוב נוף להרים ולעיר.גם התמונה הראתה נוף מקסים.כשקראתי בביקורות שיש חדרים בלי נוף כתבתי מראש שאני מעונינת בחדר עם נוף. התשובה היתה שבכל החדרים רואים את נוף האלפים היפים .ואם אני רוצה לראות את כל הנוף שאזמין חדר בקומה 4 בתוספת תשלום. איננו מעונינים בחדר בקומה 4 כי בשבת אנחנו לא משתמשים במעלית.
בפועל קיבלתי לאכזבתי חדר בלי נוף בכלל.
פנינו לקבלה ורק לאחר 3 ימים ודיבורים רבים זכינו לחדר עם נוף מקסים ונהננו מאוד.
