Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Nachtportier und der Nachtreceptionist waren unglaublich unfreundlich. Sie wollten das ich Nachts um 2 das Zimmer begleiche, obwohl abgemacht wurde, dass wir am Morgen das Zimmer bezahlen. Meine Freundin hatte die Kreditkarte dabei und war noch unterwegs. Ich musste mir dann anhören, dass man in der Schweiz Geld braucht und eine Kreditkarte! Was für eine unglaubliche Unverschämte aussage!

Pros:

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel has great facilities including the secured ski room. Location is central and room was nice, comfortable and clean. It's the second time I stay in this hotel and would likely choose it again.
