All visitors must present photo ID prior to entering any Lalco Residency apartments. Due to Covid-19, maximum 2 visitors are allowed in one apartment.

Pros:

We had a 3 bedroom apartment it was old fashion but very clean and everything worked the shower was great , each room had a ceiling fan & A/C . You could easily live in it long term . Breakfast was basic but ok , we used room service ordered a delicious chicken tikka wrap !!

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and plenty of fresh air, which made the stay even more relaxing. The housekeeping staff were extremely polite and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and organized. The food was also very tasty and enjoyable throughout the stay.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I like the facility for its security, excellent staff and delicious food.
Pros:

Breakfast options are good and delicious. Friendly and caring staff. Clean and comfortable environment. The apartment was daily maintained by housekeeping. High speed Wi-Fi available. Security at its best. Reception staff are very cordial, cooperative and professional. Overall its a wonderful place surrounded by park and gated community.

Cons:

By default the facility did not have washing machine, hair dryer, oven or microware, gas stove, bowls and cooking utensils which were provided by default during my earlier stay. This is a service apartment and these basic amenities should be provided. I was informed that I need to place a request.

I had a wonderful stay at Lalco Residency . The apartments are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed.
The property is well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very peaceful. It is a perfect place for both short and long stays in Mumbai.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay! 😊

Cons:

We were given a microwave and hair dryer after enquiring on the second day. The microwave was old and dated. Shampoo dispenser in the second bathroom did not work. No soap or scrubs in the kitchen. Common toilet bowl was stained (not dirty, just stained). Lighting could have been better with side table lamps instead of bright LEDs.

Not going to recommend to any of my friends and relatives.
Pros:

1) The menu is too limited
2) The water glasses were dirty.
3) The staff appears to be lost.

Cons:

I checked in for 2 days and went on a cruise. I had left my luggage to be collected upon return as i stayed for another night.

Upon return, there was an alcohol bottle that was stolen from my luggage and the staff pretends as if they have no clue.

Enjoyable for the length of stay we were there
Pros:

- Location was ideal
- Staff were very attentive and friendly
- Lalco cafe food was really tasty & reasonably priced.

Cons:

- Very little to no hot water
- No towels in the room, had to ask for them
- Prices on the menu didn't include tax, so the total on the receipt ended up being more than we expected. It would be really helpful if the menu showed full price (with tax included) so there are no surprises when paying.
