Please note that guests of Lalco Residency are permitted to have their own guests visit them between the hours of 8 AM to 11.00 PM. All visitors must present photo ID prior to entering any Lalco Residency apartments. Any visitors staying beyond the permitted visiting hour will be charged as an additional guest for that nights stay. For more information, please contact the property. Due to Covid-19, maximum 2 visitors are allowed in one apartment.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show a government issued photo identification that has a photograph and address. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as identification at this property.

Decent place for hanging out with friends
Pros:

Decent place for one night stay but don't have high expectation. Food is average and some of the toiletries essentials were missing. Since, we were bunch of old friends so we just wanted a place to chill out but not suitable for family with young kids.

Cons:

The property should focus on getting few basics right like -
- availability of toiletries
- pair of disposable slippers
- few snacks on chargeable basis
- provision for ice cubes

The management @Lalco needs to start updating the apartments to a better standard.
Pros:

The property was located in a good location and access was easy. We stayed in a 5bed apartment the apartment was big spacious and was clean.
But the whole apartment needs to be updated. This includes the kitchen facilities, bathrooms, washing machine, bedroom cupboards, clothes drying area.
There was no place where one could Iron the clothes.
Washing machine was old and every time washing was put in the machine the machine kept going round from wash to Rinse then again back to wash. So, on the last day all our clothes were wet and had to pack them wet.
In the apartment there was just 1 smart TV. All other TV’s were basic.
WIFI connection was very bad.
So. All this was reported to Lalco Manager and to some extent they did resolve the issues but until the whole place gets a face lift, people will face these issues.

I will not give them a bad review as the staff @Lalco was very very efficient, well mannered. House keeping staff the ones who used to clean the apartment were very efficient including Reception staff, security, even the manager’s.
The manager @Lalco has assured me saying all the apartments will be refurbished and this is already on their list.

So, a big thank you to the House keeping, Reception staff and security. Keep up the good work.

Pros:

The apartnent was very spacious and very well maintained, beyond my expectations. It's a true value for money. In Mumbai It's very rare to find such a property at such good price.

Le personnel a été adorable et le logement est propre et confortable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, les lits très confortables et le personnels adorables. La répartition des chambres était parfaite pour notre famille. Nous avons eut un petit soucis à l’arrivée et ils ont sur réagir.

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas dans le bâtiment de l’hôtel mais pouvoir se baigner a été quand même très agréable.

Pros:

Location and amenities were great. The existence of a functioning in-house restaurant and breakfast buffet every morning makes life easier.

Cons:

They used to take away old towels every time they cleaned, but didn’t manage to replace fresh towels most of the days. Needed a call to reception to get it done. Just an additional hassle that could perhaps be avoided.
