Il personale è gentilissimo e allo stesso tempo professionale. Impeccabile.
Dato che avevo un volo tardi, ho potuto usufruire della doccia e della sauna gratuitamente anche il girono del check out.
Hotel pulitissimo e profumato.

Cons:

Nulla. L’unica cosa che vale la pena dire, ma questo dipende dalle dimensioni molto estese della città, é che bisogna tenere conto che la metro dista 30-40 minuti a piedi. L’hotel però é a 10 minuti dal mare.

Good location nice ammenities could improve on room cleaningness
Pros:

The location was good, top deck pool, staff in general, bar premises.

Cons:

Room service, overall cleaning and housekeeping services. Found bugs in my room showed to first to housekeeping didn't looked surprised at all. Put cleaning sign on meet cleaning guy in hall asked to kindly service room, upon return found room not touched. Asked reception no explanation of why not cleaned.

Escolhi este hotel pela proximidade com a praia e pelo pequeno almoço. O segundo era bom e à praia não chegamos a ir porque o tempo não esteve muito quente em Janeiro.
O hotel também tem duas piscinas exteriores e apesar de não as termos usado pela falta de tempo, pareceram ser muito agradáveis. Do terraço da piscina a vista sobre os arranha-ceus do Dubai era ampla.
Adorei a pequena salinha com vegetação para leitura.
Sente-se segurança por todo o lado.
A cama era super confortável.
Boa água quente no chuveiro.

Cons:

As fotos no site mostram quartos mais recentes e o hotel está muito usado.
O ar condicionado estava muito frio dentro do quarto e quando o desligamos o quarto ficou com uma temperatura confortável. Não o conseguíamos alterar para quente e nem a receção fez algo para concertar.

O hotel precisa de ser renovado, pois nota-se as maneiras envelhecidas e estragadas nos quartos.
Andamos sempre sempre táxi. Queríamos um hotel que ficasse a meio de todas as atracções numa cidade muito grande e onde as viagens em táxi levavam uma média de 20 a 30 minutos para cada lado.
