Pros:

Posizione splendida e colazione favolosa, soprattutto per la terrazza panoramica nella quale viene servita. La signora addetta alla colazione è davvero estremamente gentile e premurosa!

Cons:

Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti delle ore diurne che sono poco accoglienti e sembra che siano lì per puro caso… La camera non è molto comoda (prese e interruttori in posizioni improbabili…) e all’arrivo era un po’ polverosa. Meglio il giorno successivo.

Vuoi star bene a LECCE, vai alla Suite Hotel Santa Chiara non te ne pentirai.
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, le stanze eccezionali caratteristiche con quelle scale interne alla stanza, colazione meravigliosa, completa e in posizione al 4° piano con vista del centro storico, il personale molto affabile, partecipativo, educato molto presente per qualsiasi problematica.

Cons:

Purtroppo il tempo piovoso, ma lo staff non centra niente

Cons:

Avendo soggiornato nella notte di sabato abbiamo avuto grossi problemi ad addormentarci per i rumori( musica ad alto volume proveniente dai locali vicini) fino a circa le 2. Forse bisognerebbe migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle stanze che si affacciano sulla piazzetta

Pros:

posizione ottima. Struttura confortevole e gradevole. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione ottima con vista sulla città. La terrazza è molto bella, peccato abbia piovuto tanto in quei giorni.

Cons:

Miglioreri gli "elettrodomestici". La tv è smart ma un po' vecchiotta. L'asciugacapelli a muro ha fatto il suo tempo e per chi ha i capelli lunghi serve a poco.

La struttura e' praticamente nel centro storico di Lecce ( citta' meravigliosa), ci siamo trovati bene, sia la camera molto bella , accogliente, spaziosa, pulita. Ottima la colazione, abbondante con molti dolci della tradizione leccese. Il personale molto gentile. Complimenti.

Breakfast and room were great
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Cons:

Little disappointed that the pool was an extra charge which we weren’t informed of at check in and the rooftop jacuzzi was just for looks and the fitness centre was tiny and most of the equipment was broken and no remote for aircon. Either have a functioning fitness centre or not one at all.

Posizione fantastica: in pieno centro storico
Colazione: pienamente soddisfacente

Cons:

La possibilità di avere un'area parcheggio, se non in prossimità della struttura, meno onerosa. Ho dovuto parcheggiare fuori dalle mura (10 minuti a piedi) sostenendo un costo di € 25 al giorno
