10€ a testa per la fornitura di accappatoio per la SPA senza pero garantire una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia, esagerato.
Scarico del WC bloccato necessitava regolarmente di essere pigiato per evitare fuoriuscita continua d’acqua.

Struttura con grande potenziale peccato per la pulizia
Pros:

La struttura gode di una posizione davvero strategica, nel pieno centro storico di Lecce, che permette di visitare la città comodamente a piedi. L’hotel è molto bello sia esternamente che negli ambienti comuni interni e si vede che ha un grande potenziale dal punto di vista estetico. Avevamo prenotato due camere classic, ma purtroppo in entrambe abbiamo trovato una cura dell’igiene non all’altezza di un quattro stelle: in particolare lenzuola e copriletto, anche se puliti, avevano macchie evidenti di precedenti utilizzi, cosa che riteniamo inaccettabile per qualsiasi hotel, ma soprattutto per questa categoria. Abbiamo usufruito della spa con un costo aggiuntivo e l’esperienza nel complesso è stata piacevole, anche perché viene riservata in esclusiva al momento della prenotazione, con costi nella norma. Peccato solo per il bagno turco non funzionante e per il fatto che il personale non sia riuscito a risolvere il problema. Lo staff comunque è stato sempre accogliente, gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Bellissima la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione, davvero una chicca, mentre la colazione in sé è nella media, senza nulla di particolare. Nel complesso è una struttura che meriterebbe molto di più se ci fosse semplicemente maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e soprattutto alla pulizia delle camere.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente a due passi dall'anfiteatro.
Colazione super, ampia scelta di prodotti, pasticceria calda, e veduta sul centro di Lecce dal terrazzo.

Cons:

L'areazione, seppur spenta, era molto rumorosa di notte.
La doccia della mia stanza aveva il soffione superiore della colonna non funzionante ed il soffietto mobile non era molto pratico. Dovendo stare una notte non è stato un gran problema e sicuramente è un problema sporadico come ne capitano tanti viaggiando.

PLEASE LOOK AT MY COLLAGE PHOTO. The first image shows the 'Superior Double Room' as advertised on Booking.com with high vaulted ceilings. The second image shows the room I was actually given: a dark attic-style room with low beams and a tiny window. This is misleading advertising at its finest.

​The standard of this 4-star "Spa" hotel is a joke.
- ​The shower pressure was so low that at one point, it almost stopped flowing entirely.
- ​For a "Spa" hotel, providing only 3 cheap shampoo sachets is unacceptable and poor management.
- ​The cleaning is below par, with thick dust and hair visible on fixtures.
- ​The TV was non-functional

​It feels like they simply don’t care about guest satisfaction because their central location guarantees they’ll fill the rooms anyway. Their arrogance in not even once responding to my formal complaint confirms this. I checked out early because this hotel does not deliver what it sells. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually respects its guests and advertised standards.
