L’emplacement.

Cons:

Le Spa n’était pas opérationnel. Aucun accès à la piscine et le jacuzzi est fermé tout au long de l’année. Le personnel ne s’est pas excusé.

Perfect place, well located, confortable and kind staff.
Pros:

I loved the hotel! It is very well located, close to the train station, the historic center and many great restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always happy to help me whenever I needed any information. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Gostei muito do espaço do quarto do hotel, da comodidade, da localização e do atendimento da equipe do hotel, especialmente da atenção do senhor Lourenço ( Lorenzo).

Cons:

O bar do hotel. Nao havia nenhum atendimento. O SPA do hotel eu nao usei.

Only the location is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. We were assigned a windowless room, which felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. When we complained, the receptionist on June 21st assured us the room would be changed the following day. However, when we returned on the morning of June 22nd, the new receptionist refused to help and was rude and dismissive. The room was never changed.

This lack of follow-through, combined with the poor attitude of the staff (22nd June morning) significantly detracted from our experience.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, vicino a luoghi di interesse culturale. Tanti locali intorno, rumorosi fino a notte inoltrata. Buona insonorizzazione camera. Ottima climatizzazione. Sala colazione panoramica ma angusta per gli ospiti accolti, con una vasca idromassaggio e attrezzi sportivi. Colazione nella norma. Materasso okk.

Cons:

Nessun cambio lenzuola in 3 giorni. Mancanza balsamo capelli e altri prodotti per igiene personale. Spazi ristretti pur in camera superior. No bollitore né macchina caffè. Acqua non limpida nella vasca idromassaggio presente in sala colazione

Pros:

Hotelul este situat in inima centrului vechi al orașului. Camera mare, curata cu un pat imens f9arte confortabil, am dormit foarte bine. Personalul amabil. Micul dejun gustos, servit pe terasa, cu vedere 360 la orașul vechi. Foarte multe terase in jurul hotelului. Recomand.
