Very central, comfortable and stylish hotel.
Shower was broken.
Das Bett war sehr gut mit fester Matratze. Das Klimagerät hat gut funktioniert.
Der Rezeptionist bei unserer Ankunft in der Nacht war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
4 Sterne verdient das Haus nicht!
Shampoo und Duschgel gibt es nur in diesen Billig-Sachets wie in 1-Stern-Hotels. An der Zimmerdecke gibt es feuchte (schimmelige?) Stellen. Eine Tür der Duschbox war ausgehängt und wurde trotz Reklamation nicht repariert. Am letzten Tag habe ich das selbst gemacht. War nicht so einfach!
Es gab kein Bügeleisen im gesamten Hotel mit dem Hinweis auf "Sicherheitsgründe". Ein Bügelservice um die Hochzeitskleidung aufzubügeln wurde nicht angeboten. Keine Lösung unseres Problems.

Location
Air con didn't work very well so room very hot. The room was dismal (be aware some rooms only have a skylight). Towels threadbare (hole in one of them). Ceiling covered with marks. Mini bar wasn't stocked to the list. Breakfast area noisy & crowded, food understocked. Room was a Classic double but felt like a budget room.
Staff were great. The room was fantastic. Great breakfast with a stunning view over the city. Superb location close to sights and bars/ restaurants.
Having to leave! Apart from that, absolutely nothing.

The hotel is indeed in a very good location, but to reach it by car was a challenge.
Breakfast was average, although the lady behind the counter was extraordinary... Praise for her. She would go above and beyond to accommodate everyone's request.
Did the property meet your expectations? This is a tricky question, because the facilities were good, but the staff seemed bored to answer any questions from guests. They would't give you any attention... For instance.... They did not have any restaurant recommendations, and when they did recommend... they did not know if they would be open, if booking was necessary, or what time they closed.
