PLEASE LOOK AT MY COLLAGE PHOTO. The first image shows the 'Superior Double Room' as advertised on Booking.com with high vaulted ceilings. The second image shows the room I was actually given: a dark attic-style room with low beams and a tiny window. This is misleading advertising at its finest.

​The standard of this 4-star "Spa" hotel is a joke.
- ​The shower pressure was so low that at one point, it almost stopped flowing entirely.
- ​For a "Spa" hotel, providing only 3 cheap shampoo sachets is unacceptable and poor management.
- ​The cleaning is below par, with thick dust and hair visible on fixtures.
- ​The TV was non-functional

​It feels like they simply don’t care about guest satisfaction because their central location guarantees they’ll fill the rooms anyway. Their arrogance in not even once responding to my formal complaint confirms this. I checked out early because this hotel does not deliver what it sells. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually respects its guests and advertised standards.

Posizione splendida e colazione favolosa, soprattutto per la terrazza panoramica nella quale viene servita. La signora addetta alla colazione è davvero estremamente gentile e premurosa!

Cons:

Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti delle ore diurne che sono poco accoglienti e sembra che siano lì per puro caso… La camera non è molto comoda (prese e interruttori in posizioni improbabili…) e all’arrivo era un po’ polverosa. Meglio il giorno successivo.

Vuoi star bene a LECCE, vai alla Suite Hotel Santa Chiara non te ne pentirai.
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, le stanze eccezionali caratteristiche con quelle scale interne alla stanza, colazione meravigliosa, completa e in posizione al 4° piano con vista del centro storico, il personale molto affabile, partecipativo, educato molto presente per qualsiasi problematica.

Cons:

Purtroppo il tempo piovoso, ma lo staff non centra niente
