Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal w
Pros:

Frühstück

Cons:

Roomservice kam zweimal ins Zimmer ohne Anklopfen (morgens um 08.30)
Kleenex - Box wurde nicht nachgefüllt
Bodycreme war angebraucht

WC beim Frühstücksraum war um 09.00 nicht sauber, WC-Rollen leer!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Potenzial.
Pros:

Das Ambiente in allen Bereichen war sehr stylisch, mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Tolle Hotelbar und gute Restaurants.

Cons:

Leider sprach die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück kein Deutsch obwohl die Landessprache in dieser Region Deutsch ist. Ich wurde aufgefordert englisch zu sprechen. Die Standart Hotel Fragen wie zum Beispiel „brauchen Sie meine Zimmernummer?“ sollten in mehreren Sprachen möglich sein.

Amabilité de l’agent d’accueil Arturo, aimable et efficace

Cons:

Froideur des hôtesses d’accueil et temps interminable pour la moindre démarche: check in et out beaucoup trop longs pour un séjour prévu, attribution des bracelets pour accéder à l’espace aquatique, tout prend un temps fou et ce n’est pas seulement dû à l’informatique…

The staff made our stay relaxed, fun and very enjoyable. So helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The property had great spaces to enjoy hanging out in the hotel. Tho We didn’t have time to visit the spa.

Cons:

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful from the day I booked, before we arrived helping with info on the trains and transfers.

快適なリゾートホテル
Pros:

駅から離れているので静かで歩いて湖まで行けたところ。朝食がバラエティに富んでいて美味しかった。部屋のバルコニーから山や湖が見えて良かった。スパは有料だが素晴らしい景色を眺めながらジャグジーに入れた。レストランがたくさんあった。氷河特急を利用する前に2泊したが、のんびり過ごせて快適だった。

Schöner Kurzurlaub in St. Moritz
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Personal beim Frühstück und Restaurant sehr freundlich, schöne Lobby, vier Restaurant gibt es wo man gut essen kann, zum Zentrum am See entlang in 15min (gemütlich)
Zimmer und Bad in angenehmer Größe, Frühstücksangebot sehr gut, Parkplatz im freien ohne Gebühr vorhanden

Pros:

In/bij het hotel waren verschillende voorzieningen. Zo zijn er verschillende restaurants aangesloten. Vanuit het hotel wandel je zo naar het meer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De heenweg pakten we vanaf station de bus naar het hotel (enkele minuten). Terug liepen we langs het meer, de roltrappen op en door het centrum. Een mooi uitstapje vanuit de prachtige Benina-treinroute.
