Hotel Laudinella it was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, Hotel was very big, and our room was excellent.
Everyome that worked in reception were very kind to us, and helped us with everything.

Cons:

What we didn’t like it was that we made the reservation with half-board of hotel, and they had something that give you a menu and u can choose, but the menu was separated of us halfboard, and everytime we went to eat we had to talk with staff to change our menu and give us what it was included. I think it would be best if they separated the table so the waiter would know if it’s their guest who stays in the hotel, and other guest that come just for restaurant.
Overall the food was good, you had a lot of things that you can choose.

Pros:

Výborná poloha s pěší dostupností na lanovku Signál. Nové sauny a venkovní vířivka.
Velmi dobra kuchyně a příjemný personál v restauracích.

Cons:

Recepční požadovala 30chf na osobu za vstup do wellnes. Druhý recepční nám později při rezervaci dal poukaz na 3 hodiny zdarma.
