Cons:

We were assigned a room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, directly outside the window (and the windows of all 1st-floor rooms on that side of the hotel) is a designated smoking area where guests regularly gather. This often results in noise and cigarette smoke entering the room, which significantly impacts comfort.

The noise continued until around midnight, making it difficult to get proper rest and recover after a long travel day.

In addition, the room itself feels outdated and does not meet the standard one would typically expect from a four-star hotel. The interior design would benefit from renovation and modernization.

Very friendly staff and great location. Lovely room and view

Cons:

Difficult to get the room fully dark due at night due to blue light shining out from bathroom shaving mirror (we were unable to switch it off)

Angebot das zentrale neu eröffnete Bad und Spa zu nutzen war toll. Preis-Leistung stimmt; war ein Sonderangebot, da noch Renovierungsarbeiten im und ums Hotel stattfanden. Lage gut, aber Shuttle zum Bahnhof war bei starkem Regen noch besser😁

Amazing hotel with beautiful amenities for guests. Diverse choice of restaurants with amazing menus and service. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the train station which was a fantastic service. The room was beautifully put together with all mod cons. We were sorry to leave, would highly recommend a stay here. Staff and service and facilities were top class especially the amazing breakfast with so much to choose from and omelettes ect made fresh for you on the spot, unreal!

Cons:

The only small negative was the distance from the center but a 27 min walk on a nice day along the lake is not too bad.

It’s clean and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

It’s so expensive and there is no amenities in the bedroom. The bed is not comfortable and the pillow is also bad. We didn’t sleep well at all. 🫤

Aber alles in Allem sehr gut, ich würde wiederkommen und Hotel empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war super, etwas mehr "Regionalität" mit mehr Bergkäse, ggf. Bündner Nusstorte / lokale Spazialitäten.
Zimmer was sehr ruhig; durfte von einem Upgrade in eine Suite profitieren - war sehr schön, neuer Baustandard, gute Zimmeraufteilung. Einzig die Wasserleitungen sind tlw etwas laut (wenn bspw im Obergeschoss Wasser genutzt wird).
