A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very impressive modern decor.
The room was spacious, very comfortable and well appointed.
The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the the Corsave restaurant.
The breakfast was excellent.
There was gpfree transport to the station although we enjoyed the walk round the lake.

Vedere Sankt Moritz una volta è più che sufficiente, accoglienza alberghiera deludente.

Collazione e trasferimenti alla stazione

Cons:

Accoglienza fredda. Camera molto modesta, finestre piene di condensa tra i doppi vetri, difficilmente si distingue il paesaggio circostante. Arredamento molto datato. Asciugamani consumati. Seduta WC in plastica sottile. Un solo set di cuscini. In Italia un tale confort e impostazione corrisponde ad un albergo due stelle. La SPA di questo albergo quattro stelle non è compresa nel prezzo della camera ma bisogna pagare 30 franchi a testa e al giorno. Nonostante il soggiorno di 4 giorni sia stato pagato integralmente con piu di 1 mese di anticipo (1800 euro), la struttura mi ha bloccato altri 1800 euro per gli extras. Inammissibile ! Lamentando tutti gli aspetti sopra, lo staff ci ha regalato due voucher per la SPA, ovviamente apprezzati.

The Hotel Laudinella provided the perfect winter experience
Pros:

Five stars is not enough for this lovely modern hotel set in one of the most beautiful places on earth! My room was perfect. It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The view was my favorite part..it was breathtaking! The staff was warm and friendly and extremely helpful with great recommendations. The breakfast was the absolute best meal with everything fresh and delicious. The location was so convenient to everything St. Moritz had to offer. The shuttle rides to and from the train station made getting there a breeze. I loved the many choices of places to dine on the premises and the musical entertainment. Anna at the spa was fantastic! She customized a massage and facial to my unique needs that left me feeling like a million bucks. The amenities are world class. Greatest experience ever!
